Yisroel Gluck

A founder and majority shareholder of American Landmark Properties, Ltd., Yisroel Gluck, President, 61, graduated from Chicago's Roosevelt University in 1972 with a Bachelor of Science degree. He has completed post graduate studies and has participated in various professional seminars and continuing education courses in real estate. Mr. Gluck's real estate career began in 1972. He has over thirty years of experience specializing in syndication, acquisition, development, rehabilitation and financing. As a real estate entrepreneur, Mr. Gluck has concentrated primarily on the conception and implementation of rehabilitation and renovation programs for office/industrial properties. In addition to his real estate activities, Mr. Gluck is President and Chief Executive Officer of Barbara Creations, Inc. of Skokie a major import firm. Mr. Gluck has been a resident for the past thirty years in the Peterson Park neighborhood on Chicago's far north side. He has resided in his current home for the past twenty two years. In addition to his professional activities, Mr Gluck is active in neighborhood and community affairs. He is a member of the Board of Directors and is a past President of the Bais Yaakov Hebrew Parochial School in Chicago. Mr. Gluck is a past President of Agudath Israel.

John M. Huston

John M. Huston is a founder, shareholder and Executive Vice President of American Landmark Properties, Ltd. He is pro-actively involved in all property investments including acquisition, financing, operations, leasing and management. Mr. Huston, 58, has over 30 years experience in real estate investment, specializing in office, industrial and residential properties. Formerly with TB&Z Realty, he was in charge of development, management and marketing of major properties. Mr. Huston received a Bachelor of Science degree with Honors in management and economics from Purdue University. Mr. Huston is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois, a Certified Property Manager (CPM), and former president of Chicago Association of Loft Buildings.

Russell Harris

Russell Harris, C.P.A. is the Chief Financial Officer of American Landmark Properties, Ltd. Mr. Harris has over twenty years of executive level real estate experience, which include heading the financial and asset management functions within national companies. Most recently as Vice President of Asset Management for City Center Retail Trust, Mr. Harris was responsible for the financial results of over two million square feet of upscale, mixed-use urban real estate. Prior to City Center, Mr. Harris headed the accounting department for Moor + South, an owner and manager of high profile real estae including Pier 39 in San Francisco, North Pier in downtown Chicago, and Sundance Square in Fort Worth, Texas. Mr. Harris received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University. He is a member of the AICPA.

John H. Roeser

John H. Roeser is a Senior Vice President with American Landmark Properties, Ltd. He oversees the management and leasing matters for numerous properties in the Illinois, New Jersey and New York regions. Responsibilities also include tenant relations, construction, and marketing. Prior to joining American Landmark Properties, Ltd., Mr. Roeser was an Executive Vice President for European America Realty, Ltd. (EAR Chicago). At EAR, he oversaw the leasing and marketing as well as handling acquisitions, dispositions and other financial matters in the Midwest. During more than ten years at EAR, he was involved in transactions totaling 4.2 million square feet valued in excess of $385,000,000. These transactions included leases with the City of Chicago, Dade International, National Louis University, Roosevelt University, Corboy and Demertrio, Security Capital, The National Restaurant Association and Cook County of Chicago. Mr. Roeser's sales and acquisitions included work with major institutions including Prentiss Properties, Prime Group Realty Trust, J.P. Morgan, Citigroup, ING Realty Partners and Banque Worms.
