Arnold Fisher

Arnold Fisher is personally responsible for the construction of more than 15 million square feet of space, both commercial and residential, and has left his indelible imprint on the Manhattan skyline and cityscape. The properties for which he was personally responsible include the four signature midtown office towers that are the centerpieces of the current Fisher Brothers portfolio. His wide-ranging philanthropic endeavors have been focused on members and veterans of the armed forces and their families, particularly those who died or were wounded in action. Most recently, he spearheaded the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund’s construction of the National Intrepid Center of Excellence on the Navy campus in Bethesda, Maryland, a 72,000-square-foot state-of-the-art research, diagnosis and treatment center for service members diagnosed with traumatic brain injury and psychological health conditions. Arnold Fisher has served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Intrepid Museum Foundation and Chairman of the Fisher House Foundation, and heads up the Fisher Brothers Annual Scholarship Fund for military children. He served as a member of the Independent Review Group committee formed by the Department of Defense to investigate the shortcomings of the treatment of wounded service personnel at Walter Reed Medical Center. He is also a recipient of the 2008 Presidential Citizens Medal from the White House and was an Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America Honoree in 2007. Mr. Fisher’s other philanthropic causes include the Veterans Bedside Network and the development of the Vietnam Memorial in Westchester County. He has also served as Chairman of the Board of the Hall of Honor, while also receiving the Patriot Award from the Congressional Medal of Honor Society. In 2005, he became an Honorary Knight of the British Empire in recognition of his outstanding contribution to the welfare and well-being of families of British Armed Forces personnel killed in action and his energetic leadership in support of closer UK-US relations. Additionally, he is a Trustee of the New York State Trooper Foundation and a recipient of the Ellis Island Medal of Honor.

Kenneth Fisher

Kenneth Fisher is responsible for managing, marketing and leasing a portfolio of more than six million square feet of Fisher Brothers-owned Class A real estate in midtown Manhattan. In addition to his responsibilities at Fisher Brothers, he is a member of the Executive Committee of the Real Estate Board of New York Board of Governors and the Washington, DC-based Real Estate Round Table. He is an active philanthropist whose dedication to improving the lives of our military, veterans and their families has been widely recognized at the highest levels. His primary work is as Chairman of the Fisher House Foundation, which builds comfort homes near military hospitals and VA medical centers across the country and in Germany. In 2009, the Association of the United States Army conferred on Kenneth Fisher its highest honor, the George C. Marshall Award. In 2007, George W. Bush appointed him to the President’s Commission on Care for America’s Returning Wounded Warriors, which conducted a comprehensive review of the care provided to military casualties. He also received in 2005 the Decoration for Distinguished Civilian Service, the highest honorary award the Secretary of the Army may grant to a private citizen. In 2004, he was presented with The Secretary’s Award, the highest honor bestowed on individuals or organizations by the Department of Veterans Affairs. Mr. Fisher has received a Public Awareness Award from the Paralyzed Veterans of America and is a member of the Order of Military Medical Merit. He has also been named one of America’s Best Leaders by US News & World Report and received the Arts & Entertainment television network’s Prestigious Lives That Make a Difference Award. Additionally, he sits on the boards of the Intrepid Museum, New York’s Finest Foundation, AHRC New York City, the Jackie Robinson Foundation and the Command and General Staff College in Ft. Leavenworth, Kansas. He is a director of Strategic Hotels and Resorts, a publicly traded REIT, and served on the board of Realogy Corporation, a publicly traded real estate services entity.

Martin Edelman

Martin Edelman specializes in international real estate transactions, involving large, complex negotiations, acquisitions, dispositions and financing. He has been involved in the early stages of legal development of many pioneering financial structures including participating mortgages, institutional joint ventures in real estate and joint ventures between foreign financial sources and U.S. real estate companies. He has broad international experience in all asset classes, having done extensive work in Europe, Mexico, Brazil, Canada, Japan, China and the Middle East. Mr. Edelman has served as real estate advisor to Cypress Grove Real Estate Partners, Mubadala Development Companies, and is a member of the board of Aldar Property Group. He is a director of Avis/Budget Corp., Capital Trust and Ashford Hospitality Trust, and frequently lectures at institutionally sponsored seminars. Mr. Edelman was one of the original lawyers to have worked on bringing the Intrepid to New York and continues to serve on the Intrepid Board as Vice-Chairman and on the Boards of the Fallen Heroes Fund, Fisher House Foundation and the Fisher Alzheimer Foundation. He is one of the founders of the Jackie Robinson Foundation and is a member of the board of the Tribeca Film Festival. He is also a founding member of Bridging the Rift Foundation, which has successfully instituted an academic project sponsored by Jordan and Israel with Stanford and Cornell Universities, and was awarded the Department of the Army Public Service Award.

Sam Rosenberg

Sam Rosenberg joined Fisher Brothers in 1986 and since then has been involved in virtually every aspect of the business. He works closely with the firm’s partners on all aspects of accounting and finance, while also collaborating with Winston Fisher in implementing the firm’s long-term investment and wealth management programs. As both an advisor and a hands-on executive, Mr. Rosenberg formulates investment guidelines and strategies, adhering to a rigorously conservative approach focused on value creation and risk mitigation. In the process, he is heavily involved in a broad spectrum of activities that include risk management, deal-by-deal structuring and projections, initiating new ideas, cash management, exploring alternative investments and closing transactions. In these varied capacities, he has worked on development, acquisition and disposition of major office, condominium, retail and hotel projects, and has helped to arrange well over $1.9 billion of financing. Mr. Rosenberg also served as treasurer of Chartwell Leisure, a public hotel company controlled by Fisher Brothers, from 1995 to 1997. Prior to joining Fisher Brothers, he worked for seven years at David Berdon & Co., a midsize public accounting firm. Mr. Rosenberg is chairman of Trip of a Lifetime, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides funding for underprivileged students to experience summer travel.

Steven Fisher

As a fourth generation member of the Fisher family–one of New York's legendary owner/builders­–Steven Fisher has devoted his 35 years as a Fisher Brothers partner to construction and development. He oversees construction and design for all Fisher Brothers property acquisitions and development, having served as Chairman and CEO of Fisher Brothers subsidiary Plaza Construction Corporation until its April 2014 sale. Under his decade-long leadership, Mr. Fisher transformed Plaza Construction into one of the city's largest and most respected construction firms, growing it from an in-house division with revenues of $40 million to a company boasting annual revenues of approximately $1 billion. Mr. Fisher has a long history of serving prestigious clientele, including Fortune 500 companies, law firms, international financial institutions, renowned universities and media conglomerates. Among his other pursuits, he is a member of SAG-AFTRA and an active investor in AQUAhydrate, a maker of enhanced sports water. A hallmark of the Fisher family is their deep philanthropic commitment to community; and Mr. Fisher is steeped in that tradition. He is a Trustee of the Intrepid Museum Foundation, a Trustee member of the New York State Trooper Foundation, a Board Member of the Police Athletic League, a member of the Founder's Circle of the New York City Police Museum, and a member of the Board of Managers for UrbanAmerica's Urban II partnership with Fisher Brothers.

Winston Fisher

Winston Fisher directs the company’s financing/investing activities, property acquisitions and dispositions, and oversees all new development initiatives. With experience across a broad range of transactions, Mr. Fisher leads all financial analysis, due diligence, project capitalization efforts and joint-venture partnerships. He is also active in Fisher Brothers’ growing platform, working with banks, hedge funds, private equity and special services to provide development and asset management services for distressed real estate projects. In addition to his active participation in the company’s development projects, he also manages the firm’s day-to-day stock and investment portfolio, including asset allocation, risk management and investment manager selection. Involved in a number of philanthropic activities, he is Executive Vice Chairman of the Fisher House Foundation, serves on the Board and the Executive Committee of the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum, and is Chairman of the Intrepid Relief Fund. As well, Mr. Fisher serves on the Board of Directors for Civic Builders, a non-profit real estate developer that builds charter schools. Mr. Fisher is a member of the Real Estate and Construction Council of Lincoln Center and serves on the Board of the Realty Foundation of New York. A graduate of Syracuse University, he serves on the university’s Board of Trustees and Facilities and Academic Affairs Committees, as well as the Board of Visitors for the College of Arts and Sciences.
