Mr. Brian S. Chase, CPA, serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Garrison Investment Group. Mr. Chase is also employed at Garrison Capital Advisers LLC. He has been Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Garrison Capital Inc since 2011 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Chase also serves as Treasurer of The Blackstone Group L.P. He joined Garrison Investment Group at its formation in March 2007 and is responsible for structuring of funds, financing, operations, tax, accounting, and general administration. Prior to joining Garrison Investment Group, from 2005 to March 2007, Mr. Chase was the Chief Financial Officer of the Distressed Securities Business at The Blackstone Group, where he was responsible for building and overseeing the fund infrastructure and operations. He was Chief Financial Officer of Garrison Investment Management Limited. He served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Blackstone Distressed Securities Advisors L.P. From May 2002 to May 2005, he served as Controller for Fortress Investment Group LLC, where he helped develop and oversee the fund's accounting, tax, financing, and operations. Prior to Fortress, Mr. Chase worked at UBS Alternative Investment Group and in the Capital Markets Group at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP specializing in hedge fund audits. He served as Vice President and Treasurer of Asia Tigers Fund Inc. and India Fund, Inc., since 2005. He served as the Principal Accounting Officer and Principal Financial Officer of India Fund, Inc. He served as the Principal Financial Officer of Asia Tigers Fund Inc. He serves as a Director of Garrison Capital Inc. Mr. Chase is a C.P.A. in the State of New York and received a B.S. from the State University of New York at Binghamton.

Mr. Julian Weldon is Chief Compliance Officer of Garrison Capital Inc. Mr. Weldon is the General Counsel for Garrison Investment Group. Prior to joining Garrison in September 2008, Mr. Weldon was Senior Counsel in the Banking department in the New York office of Allen & Overy LLP where he advised on their lending activities across a wide range of product areas. Earlier in his career, Mr. Weldon worked in the Banking department in Allen & Overy’s London office from March 1997 to July 2000. Mr. Weldon was seconded to the leverage finance team of The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. in London from 1998 to 1999 and also spent five months in 2000 seconded to the internal legal team of Barclays Bank plc in New York. Mr. Weldon attended law school at the College of Law in London and obtained an undergraduate degree in law (J.D. equivalent) from the University of East Anglia, England. Mr. Weldon is admitted to practice in New York and England.

Lawrence Bizjak is a Managing Director and co-head of real estate at Garrison Investment Group, where he oversees a team responsible for the origination, acquisition and execution of real estate investments at all levels of the capital structure. Garrison’s is an active originator and a buyer of performing, sub-performing and non-performing mortgages, B-notes and mezzanine debt. The firm invests nationwide in all property types. During his 20 year career, Mr. Bizjak has held positions at Gramercy Capital Corp. (NYSE:GKK), Goldman Sachs & Co, and E&Y Kenneth Leventhal. Mr. Bizjak graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. in Urban Design and is a CFA charterholder.

Mr. Drucker is responsible for corporate finance transaction origination, analysis and execution. Prior to joining Garrison Investment Group, Mr. Drucker spent the previous 23 years in various capacities with The CIT Group, Inc. He most recently was a Senior Managing Director and leader of CIT's Hedge Fund Coverage and National Restructuring Groups. For the period 2004 to the end of 2006, Mr. Drucker was Co-President of CIT Business Capital, where he presided over a team of 200 professionals consisting of leveraged and asset finance originators, three distinct industry coverage teams, the predecessor Restructuring Group, account managers and the risk and credit policy committees. Prior to 2004, Mr. Drucker held the role of National Marketing Manager and was a founding member of the Restructuring Group in 1989. His breadth of experience includes middle market leveraged finance for acquisitions, growth, and restructuring scenarios with emphasis on asset based, cash flow and enterprise value financing. Mr. Drucker received his B.S. in Industrial Relations from Cornell University and his M.B.A from the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Moore is responsible for corporate finance transaction analysis and execution. Prior to joining Garrison Investment Group, Mr. Moore was in Capital Markets at The CIT Group, Inc. from 2005 to 2007, where he was responsible for leading the firm’s sales and distribution efforts in leveraged finance and asset based lending. Mr. Moore focused his distribution efforts on CLO/CDO's, commercial finance companies, hedge funds and traditional bank loan investors. Prior to CIT, Mr. Moore spent one year at Moody's Investors Service where he was a senior analyst responsible for rating leveraged credits with an emphasis in the healthcare sector. Prior to Moody's, from 1993-2003 Mr. Moore spent ten years in leveraged finance and leveraged loan syndications at CIBC World Markets, First Union and Chase Manhattan Bank, having completed credit training programs at Chase. Mr. Moore received his B.S. in Finance from Boston College and his M.B.A from St. John's University.

Ms. George joined in March 2008 and is responsible for asset management in the Corporate Finance Group. Prior to joining Garrison, Ms. George was employed by The CIT Group, Inc. for 21 years and held various roles. For the period 2005-2006, she served as Chief Operating Officer and was a member of the Investment Committee of CIT Business Capital. Ms. George was also employed by Congress Financial in 1994-1995 as a new business originator. Ms. George has broad experience in both asset based & cash flow lending and a strong background in managing portfolio accounts and credit analysis. Previous experience also includes: overseas assignment, managing sell side loan syndications, responsibility for underwriting in the Northeast Region, managing portfolio accounts and field examination/due diligence. Over her career, she has specialized in middle market corporate finance and has expertise in Debtor-In-Possession, Confirmation and Turnaround Financing activities with industry experience in healthcare, financial services, retail and steel. Ms. George graduated with a B.S. in Accounting from Manhattan College in 1986. She is currently a Director of Palm Beach Broadcasting and Anchor Drilling Fluids.

Mr. Joseph Tansey is the Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of Garrison Capital Inc. He has served as President of Garrison Investment Group since its formation in March 2007. Prior to forming Garrison Investment Group, Mr. Tansey was a managing director at Fortress Investment Group LLC from 2002 to 2007 and a partner of Drawbridge Special Opportunities Fund from its inception in August 2002 to March 2007. At Drawbridge Special Opportunities Fund, Mr. Tansey was responsible for investment and loan structuring with a focus on structured finance and real estate transactions. Most recently, he ran Drawbridge Special Opportunities Fund’s rediscount lending business. From 1998 to 2002, Mr. Tansey worked at Goldman Sachs & Co. in Tokyo, Hong Kong and New York as a member of the Asian Special Situations Group, the Real Estate Principal Investment Group and the Mortgages Department. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Mr. Tansey worked at Starwood Capital Group from 1995 to 1998 where he was involved in the acquisition and management of real estate operating businesses and distressed debt. Mr. Tansey received a B.A. and a B.S. from The University of Pennsylvania.
