Mr. Mayberry joined Capview in March 2010 to assist Capview and its investors in the structuring of new partnerships as well as the identification, underwriting, acquisition, and financing of STNLR properties. Prior to joining Capview, Mr. Mayberry was Director of Acquisitions and Development for Encore Retail, where he was responsible for the strategic growth of Encore's retail portfolio. This role included management over the underwriting, due diligence, pre-development, acquisition, marketing, and development of all Encore Retail transactions. Previously to Encore, Mr. Mayberry was with The Staubach Company, where he worked with both the Staubach Investment Sales team and Staubach's development arm, Cypress Equities. While with Staubach Investment Sales, the Dallas based capital markets arm of Staubach Retail, he was responsible for the marketing and transaction process of all shopping center and single tenant retail assets, including tenants such as Walgreens, Bank of America, Chase, Wachovia, Chili's, Applebee's, Sonic, and La-Z-Boy among others. While with Cypress, he managed the development process for multiple retail and mixed-use projects totaling approximately three million square feet throughout the Southeastern and Mid-Atlantic United States. Over the course of his career, Mr. Mayberry has been involved in over $750 million in acquisition and development transactions. Mr. Mayberry is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Texas and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. Mr. Mayberry graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dedman College at Southern Methodist University. Over the course of his career, Mr. Mayberry has been involved in over $750 million in acquisition and development transactions.
