Innovo Property Group (“IPG”) is a real estate investment and operating platform focused on acquiring and managing assets in the greater New York City metropolitan area. Headquartered in New York City, IPG was founded by Andrew Chung in 2015 and backed by Nan Fung Group, a Hong Kong based global conglomerate with core businesses in property development and investment.

Chief Executive Officer

Andrew Chung

Andrew Chung founded Innovo Property Group (“IPG”) in 2015. Prior to starting IPG, Andrew Chung was a Partner at The Carlyle Group in the U.S. Real Estate Fund. He served as head of the New York office for the Real Estate Fund for 10 years. Mr. Chung is currently a member of the Advisory Board for NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate. He was also honored by ranking in the New York Observer’s “Power 100: The Most Powerful People in NY Real Estate” in 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014. Mr. Chung graduated from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, with a B.S. in Economics.

Principal Asset Management

Frank Mancini

Frank Mancini is a Principal on the firm’s Asset Management Team. Mr. Mancini oversees all aspects of the administrative, financial, capital and operations of the IPG portfolio across all property types. Prior to joining IPG, Mr. Mancini served as the Senior Vice President – Head of Asset Management at Monday Properties with direct oversight of the New York City portfolio. Mr. Mancini was a Principal of SHL RE Consulting providing management advisory services to special servicers on real estate throughout the New York metropolitan area. Prior to that, he was an Executive Managing Director at Grubb & Ellis and Head of Asset Management for Normandy Real Estate Partners. Mr. Mancini received a BS from St. John’s University, College of Business Administration and holds a Diploma in Real Estate from the Real Estate Institute of New York University.

Chief Accounting Officer

Jay Vora

Jay Vora is the Chief Accounting Officer at IPG. Mr. Vora is responsible for the company’s accounting and finance functions. Prior to joining IPG, Mr. Vora was the Controller at Antheus Capital / MAC Property Management responsible for all property, fund and corporate accounting and tax.

Director of Design & Development

Stephen Kim

Stephen Kim joined IPG in 2016 and is the Director of Design & Development on the development team. Mr. Kim’s responsibilities include zoning/feasibility analysis, project design review, residential layout review as well as selecting and managing design teams. Prior to joining IPG, Mr. Kim was a Senior Associate at FXFOWLE Architects, an architecture, planning and urban design firm based in New York City. As a senior project architect and project manager, his responsibilities included managing mixed-use and multifamily projects from concept design to construction documentation, as well as many zoning and feasibility studies.
