Managing Partner & Co-Founder

Chris Freise

Chris Freise is a Managing Partner & Co-Founder at Lift Partners. Prior to forming Lift, Chris served as a Transactions Director at LBA Realty working on a 11 million square foot portfolio in Northern California including acquisitions, development, leasing and dispositions. LBA Realty is a $6 billion fund advisor focused primarily on office and industrial value-add investments along the West Coast. Prior to joining LBA, Chris was a Development Manager at Vulcan Real Estate in Seattle and worked on 3 million square feet of ground up development in Vulcan’s South Lake Union project including Amazon’s Corporate Headquarters and 500 residential units. He began his career working at RREEF as an analyst. Chris holds a B.S. and M.S. in Civil Engineering from Stanford University and sits on the Downtown San Jose PBID and Friends of Levitt San Jose boards. Additionally, Chris sits on the Membership Committee of the SF NAIOP Chapter. When not hanging with his daughter Finley and wife Marie, Chris is an active water enthusiast including surfing/kitesurfing and 49ers/Oakland A's fan.

Patrick Fisher

Patrick Fisher is a Managing Partner & Co-Founder at Lift Partners. Prior to forming Lift, Patrick served as a Managing Partner of MHF Real Estate, a Receivership & Asset Management firm that managed 2 million square feet of commercial assets on behalf of GE Capital, CIII Realty, CW Capital and Wells Fargo. Prior to joining MHF, Patrick served as Vice President of Real Estate Capital Investments for Wells Fargo Bank, a $500 million joint venture equity platform, where he sourced and managed joint venture equity investments on the West Coast. Earlier in his tenure at Wells Fargo, Patrick served as a Vice President of REO responsible for managing a $200 million portfolio of distressed commercial real estate assets throughout the United States. Patrick began his career in real estate as an Analyst for Equity One (NYSE: EQY), a $3 billion publicly traded REIT that principally owns, manages, acquires and develops neighborhood and community shopping centers. Patrick holds a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley. While at Berkeley, Patrick served as captain of the Men's Soccer Team and post graduation went on to a brief stint in Major League Soccer.

Michael Murray

Michael Murray is a Partner at Lift Partners. Prior to joining Lift in 2017, Mike was Vice President at Terreno Realty Corporation focused on both acquisitions and asset management. During his tenure at Terreno, Mike purchased over $500 million of industrial real estate and managed a portfolio of 4.4 million square feet. Terreno is a publicly traded REIT focused on infill industrial investment. Mike covered most recently for Terreno the Bay Area and New Jersey markets and previously covered during his tenure the Los Angeles and Seattle metros. Prior to joining Terreno in 2011, Mike worked in both the real estate debt syndications and distressed assets at Wells Fargo. Mike holds a B.A. in Economics from Princeton University where he was captain of the water polo team. Mike is a Bay Area native and spends his time watching Warriors basketball and hiking.
