Darin Beebower

Darin Beebower joined the firm in 2001 to develop its multi-family platform. Since that time, Darin has concluded sale transactions involving more than 5,500 apartment units. As an expert advisor, he is known for his ability to create opportunities and deliver results. Darin has been quoted in GlobeSt.com, Real Estate Southern California Magazine, Multi-Family Executive, California Real Estate Journal and the Los Angeles Business Journal, among others. Darin’s resume of sales experience, extensive client relationships and trademark innovation, combined with Madison Partners client-centric platform, has produced the results Madison Partners has come to be known and trusted for. Having closed nearly $1.5 billion in multi-family sales in his career, Darin has represented many of the institutional investors, developers and major private parties who are active in the multi-family investment market in Southern California. Darin’s 18 years of experience in the acquisition and disposition of investments also includes land, office, industrial and retail properties. Darin holds a California Real Estate Broker’s License and has been involved in all facets of real estate since graduating from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate Finance.

Brent Bissell serves as a senior vice president for Madison Partners, specializing in tenant and landlord representation for office properties across West Los Angeles. With over 13 years of experience in commercial real estate and a background in sales, Brent brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise, and an unparalleled level of client service to the West LA office market. Brent has represented over 1,000,000 square feet of tenants during his career and gained recognition for his extensive market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills and results-oriented approach. Notable tenant representations include: New Line Cinema, Leopold Petrich & Smith, National Geographic, Entertainment Industry Fund, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Conference Direct, Hertz & Lichtenstein, Keller Williams Realty, Sotheby’s International, Spin Master Inc., and Rockefeller Philanthropy Group. Brent has also represented a number of noteworthy landlords in both sales and leasing transactions. Matt Case

A commercial real estate veteran in the industry since 1998, Matt Case brings a thorough knowledge of all areas and aspects of finance and investment sales of commercial real estate. Over his career, he has completed over 1 billion in commercial real estate loans inclusive of debt and equity deals for office buildings, retail centers and industrial parks. He has been responsible for deals in which structured finance was the catalyst in the consummation of the transaction. Prior to joining Madison Partners, Matt held the position Vice President at Berkadia Commercial Mortgage and Amherst Real Estate Capital. His professional affiliations include the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Matt is a graduate of the University of Oregon where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business. An eighth generation Californian, he grew up in the San Gabriel Valley and attended Loyola High School in Los Angeles.

Chris DuMont

Chris has been in the Commercial Real Estate business for over 25 years. He specializes in representing Entertainment Companies and the buildings that cater to their specific needs. Finding the right image and creative environment for his clients are what drive him. Knowing how to find the best solutions and negotiate the most aggressive deals in the markeplace have made him a top producing agent with a loyal client roster. Chris started his career in the William Morris Agency mailroom in 1984 after graduating from Vassar College and rose quickly to become a Packaging Agent in the Television Department. Chris joined Madison Partners after three years at a national firm in order to focus on commercial real estate in Los Angeles. Grant Newman

Grant Newman specializes in tenant and landlord representation, as well as investment and owner/user sales within Madison Partners’ Brentwood office. In addition to providing strategic planning advice based on detailed market analysis, with the use of Madison Partners’ investment arm, his team is able to provide a unique macro viewpoint of the financial aspects of the local real estate market. A fiscally sophisticated perspective gives clients the edge when negotiating deals. A greater knowledge of the underpinnings of a specific building’s ownership lets clients bring unparalleled meaningful data to the table when deciding on their specific deal structure. Grant is recognized by his colleagues as a leader in the industry. Prior to joining Madison Partners, he was a key member of L.A. Realty Partners where he was involved in numerous large lease and investment sale transactions. To begin his career, Grant spent 7 years at CBRE, where he leased and sold more than 3.2 million square feet and was the recipient of CBRE’s prestigious “Rookie of the Year”, awarded to the top first year producer.

Bob Pearson

Robert J. Pearson has been working in the commercial real estate industry in Southern California since 1991. Prior to joining Madison Partners as a Senior Executive Director, Bob worked at Transwestern where he was a Senior Vice President responsible for both transaction management services and developing the firm’s agency leasing practice in Southern California. While at Transwestern, he successfully expanded the firm’s Landlord client list to include Blackstone/Equity Office and Cornerstone Real Estate Advisor. He developed analytical templates, leasing standards and client communication protocols and processes while managing dozens of transactions from inception to move-in. Prior to working at Transwestern, Mr. Pearson was employed as a Senior Vice President at the Trammell Crow Company where he was responsible for leasing the 2.2 million square foot Century Plaza Towers, the 1.1 million square foot Water Garden, as well as promoting the redevelopment of 2000 Avenue of the Stars (formerly the ABC Entertainment Center). Robert also worked for CB Richard Ellis in Woodland Hills as a Vice President and was responsible for leasing the 3.2 million square feet Warner Center Plaza and Business Park. In addition to continuing to execute Landlord Assignments, Mr. Pearson joined Madison Partners in 2008 to serve as one of our firm’s Corporate Services Managers. Given the hundreds of leases which he has personally negotiated, the extensive reporting and client communications functions for which he has been responsible and his overall transaction management experience, he will be in a unique position to support Account Team leaders, with the variety of tasks necessary to properly service his accounts. Mr. Pearson is a 1991 graduate of Loyola Marymount University where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Communications, with Honors.

Brad Schlaak

Mitchell Stokes
