Megatel Capital Investment (MCI) is a professional lending services company specializing in providing financial services to the home building industry. Based on research and findings of the current real estate market and economic trends, MCI believes that there will be continual growth in the foreseeable future for buyer demand of quality homes. Our efforts are currently focused on providing the capital needed to develop quality-built, custom home communities in fast-growing population centers primarily in Texas and Oklahoma. Megatel Capital Investment is part of the Megatel Homes family of companies. Megatel Homes is a second-generation custom home builder headquartered in Dallas, Texas. The company currently has seventy active communities with ongoing and active home building within the Dallas-Fort Worth area, with anticipated growth to over 100 active communities by the end of 2015.

Aaron Ipour
Aaron Ipour is the co-founder and co-president of Megatel Homes, Inc., a full service developer and builder of single family homes in Texas and Oklahoma. With over 140 personnel located throughout Texas and Oklahoma, Aaron is actively responsible for Megatel’s corporate operations, which includes maintaining the company’s production and institutional relationships, as well as managing all financial aspects of the company and its affiliates. Aaron was also instrumental in the development of Megatel’s luxury custom home brand, Oxbridge, which has been prominently featured in both the Dallas area “D” Magazine, and Luxe Interiors + Design Magazine. In addition to his role with Megatel, Aaron has been co-president of RCM Mortgage, Inc., a residential mortgage company and an affiliate of Megatel Homes, Inc. since 2013. He holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Management with a Minor in Productivity and Efficiency Management.
Zach Ipour
Zach Ipour is the co-founder and co-president of Megatel Homes, Inc., a full service developer and builder of single family homes in Texas and Oklahoma. From its initial formation in 2006 through 2007, Megatel concentrated on remodeling and selling existing homes; and after successfully renovating and selling approximately 7 homes, Megatel transitioned into building single family homes. Zach is actively responsible for the organization’s field operations, including the sales and building divisions. He is also instrumental in the growth of Megatel’s land acquisition and development division and expanding the company’s single family home building into other states. In addition to his role with Megatel, Zach has been co-president of RCM Mortgage, Inc., a residential mortgage company and an affiliate of Megatel Homes, Inc. since 2013. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering with a Minor in Programming.
Michael Roman
Michael Roman is the Executive Vice President of Capital Markets. Previously, Michael served as the Managing Director of Capital Markets for Preferred Apartment Communities. During his tenure with Preferred Apartment Communities, Michael managed the sales efforts for the South Central Region. Michael has a diverse background in the investment industry, with over seventeen years of securities experience as a financial advisor, a money manager analyst, and as a distribution wholesaler in both the wire house and independent broker dealer channels. Over the past twelve years, he has marketed and distributed alternative investment products to both independent broker dealers and registered investment advisory firms. He also previously managed distribution and sales efforts for several non-traded real estate investment trusts and for a sponsor with a broad equipment leasing platform. Michael graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice.
