Philip Cyburt

Mr. Cyburt has been a senior executive with two Fortune 500 companies, where he was responsible for the management of vast global real estate and development portfolios. His institutional real estate responsibilities have included: corporate and structured finance; transaction structuring; debt/equity formation and negotiations; strategic planning; portfolio valuation and feasibility studies; as well as residential and commercial development. With over three decades of experience in commercial real estate, Mr. Cyburt has been instrumental in completing more than $10 billion in various types of real estate transactions in major markets across the United States. Prior to joining Monday Properties, Mr. Cyburt was Chief Executive Officer of the Laurus Corporation, a principal real estate investment private equity firm that invests in office, hospitality and retail. Prior to Laurus Corporation, Mr. Cyburt, as Managing Director of Alvarez and Marsal, LLC, served as interim CEO of Lehman Brothers Holdings real estate division, where he managed their debt and equity portfolio consisting of over $30 billion of assets. He also co-founded Cyburt Hall Partners, where as Managing Director he acted as an investor, developer, and operator for approximately $500 million of real estate investments. As President of Boeing Realty Corporation, Mr. Cyburt successfully directed the company’s real estate portfolio ($9 billion in assets comprising of 125 million square feet in 26 states and 63 countries). In addition, he spearheaded Boeing’s relocation of its world headquarters from Seattle to Chicago. Mr. Cyburt was also elected as President of McDonnell Douglas Realty Company, which serviced and restructured a $750 million commercial real estate loan portfolio in the early 1990’s. The portfolio consisted of nonperforming loans and REO properties including office, industrial, retail and hotels located throughout the United States. Early in his career, he was also Director at Tishman Realty and Construction. Mr. Cyburt attended Chapman University in Southern California, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He also attended graduate courses at Chapman University, Pepperdine University Executive MBA Program, and the investment real estate certificate program at University of Irvine. Philip currently serves on the advisory board for the UCLA Anderson School of Management – Ziman Center for Real Estate, in addition to being an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).

Timothy Helmig

With more than two decades of experience in commercial and residential real estate, Mr. Helmig brings unprecedented leasing, development and project management experience to Monday. He has become widely recognized as an industry leader throughout the greater Washington D.C. market, having been responsible for leading over three million square-feet of leasing activities along with the capitalization of more than $2 billion of assets. Among his most recent accomplishments, Mr. Helmig facilitated a historic deal announcing that Nestlé would become the anchor tenant at 1812 North Moore Street, resulting in the company moving its U.S. headquarters from California to Rosslyn, VA. Mr. Helmig also oversaw the successful refinancing of Monday Properties’ Rosslyn portfolio, along with the significant renewal and expansion of the firm’s 343,000 square foot lease with the U.S. State Department. Additionally, Mr. Helmig managed the acquisition of the 300,000 square foot Beauregard Office Park in Alexandria, VA, led the development of 1812 North Moore Street, a 580,000 square foot LEED Platinum trophy office tower, and the entitlement of 1400 Key and 1401 Wilson Boulevard, a 900,000 square foot mixed-use project. To date, under Mr. Helmig’s leadership, Monday Properties has transacted on over 1.1 million square feet of leasing activity over the past 18 months in Rosslyn. Prior to joining Monday Properties, Mr. Helmig was a partner at Westfield Realty, Inc., where he led lease and capital market transactions totaling approximately $3 billion. During his time at the firm, he led a number of notable transactions including a 220,000 square-foot lease for 2800 and 2900 Crystal City Drive with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. In addition, he was responsible for lease transactions with many major federal agencies and high-profile companies such as Boeing, Northrop Grumman, Raytheon Company, and Washington, D.C. television station ABC-WJLA. Mr. Helmig currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Rosslyn Business Improvement District and previously served on the Board of Directors for NAIOP’s Northern Virginia chapter. He is a graduate of American University.

Anthony Westreich

Westreich established Monday Properties in 2004, acquiring 100 percent of Max Capital Management Corp. and its 4-million-square-foot portfolio. Mr. Westreich served as president of Max Capital Management Corp. from 2002 through 2004, overseeing all asset management, property management, construction management, leasing and development. Mr. Westreich was previously a partner in Westfield Realty, Inc., one of Washington, D.C.’s largest private real estate ownership firms, for five years. During this period he was responsible for the firm’s development, management and construction initiatives, and ultimately managed the company’s operations, overseeing approximately 4 million square feet of office space in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. While at Westfield, Mr. Westreich formed a joint venture with Eakin/Youngentob Associates, a leading Washington, D.C. homebuilder, which has since developed more than 5,000 homes in 25 townhouse and condominium communities in partnership with Westfield. Under Mr. Westreich’s leadership, Monday Properties has completed over 60 property transactions representing $13 billion in capital value and 28 million square feet, and has leased over 10 million square feet of office space. Monday Properties has or currently owns a portfolio of Manhattan’s finest office buildings, including 230 Park Avenue, 237 Park Avenue, 1440 Broadway, 260 Park Avenue South, 386 Park Avenue South and 350 Madison Avenue. In addition, the firm owns over 3 million square feet of office properties in Rosslyn, VA making it the largest landlord in that submarket. Those assets include many notable buildings including 1000/1100 Wilson, 1812 North Moore Street and 1101 Wilson Boulevard. The company maintains its headquarters at 667 Madison Avenue in Manhattan, but also has offices at 1000 Wilson Boulevard in Rosslyn, Virginia. Monday Properties is guided by a long-term, buy-and-hold policy, aimed at building for the future through its assets and through its relationships with partners, financial institutions, tenants and with the industry as a whole. The company seeks to secure the finest properties for the company’s portfolio and commits completely to these assets, attracting top talent in the industry to maintain and advance its assets and relationships. Mr. Westreich serves on the board of the Grand Central Partnership and is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, the Building Owners and Managers Association and the Young Presidents’ Organization. Mr. Westreich is a graduate of Southern Methodist University and has completed the Owner/President Management Program at Harvard Business School. In addition, Mr. Westreich is actively involved in many charitable causes such as WIZO, AIPAC, Lincoln Center, RETT, Mt. Sinai Hospital and many others.
