Based in Dallas, Texas, we focus on the acquisition and management of Class A, B, and C apartment communities. NSpire's attention to detail during due diligence ensures that we buy properties at at a good value. As "owners" of our properties, our management company (NSpire Management) puts a focus and care that only an owner would do.

Doug Wilson
Mr. Wilson is a Co-founder and Principal of NSpire Assets. His responsibilities primarily focus on property acquisition, in particular on financing, projections, partnership structure and investor relations. Mr. Wilson's background is in the high tech and real estate industries. In 2011 Mr. Wilson founded Exceder Assets Group, a multifamily acquisitions and asset management company, and also DNA Products, a mobile applications SW company. Mr. Wilson previously worked 15 years for Texas Instruments in the mobile processor and connectivity space. Prior to leaving TI in 2011 to start his own companies, Mr. Wilson was General Manager of the Emerging Connectivity Solutions division, a group he helped start in 2008 and grew to greater than $40M/yr in annual revenue. Mr. Wilson graduated with a MS degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a BS degree in Computer Engineering from Northwestern University.
Nicole Graffis
Ms. Graffis a Co-founder and Principal of NSpire Assets, as well as NSpire Management (the property management arm of NSpire Assets.) Her responsibilities include property acquisition (e.g. property selection, rehab planning, due diligence) as well as operational management of the properties after take-over. Ms. Graffis is an entrepreneur, with a background in Sales and Marketing Management. After growing her own start-up to $10 million in annual revenue in 2003 and successfully selling her shares of the company, Ms. Graffis advised numerous start- up companies as a business consultant. In 2008 Ms. Graffis purchased her first multi-family property, Travis Gardens, where her performance in turning the property around led to her winning the National Apartment Associations Prestigious Paragon Award in 2010 for Independent Rental Owner of the Year.
Ron Graffis
Mr. Graffis is a Co-founder and Principal of NSpire Assets and NSpire Management. His primary responsibilities include property acquisition and rehab. Prior to founding NSpire Assets, Ron spent 22 years in sales, marketing, management and real estate. He previously worked for privately held companies and publicly traded corporations manufacturing and selling engineering plastics and high end industrial capital equipment. Sales of these companies range from $60M to $2.3B. He is a graduate of Purdue University with a BS in Business Management.
