Prism Real Estate Services, LLC (PRES) was founded in 2012 under the name Principal Real Estate Services to provide first class management, maintenance, and accounting services for our growing multifamily investment portfolio. Since then, our management services have grown to include office, residential, retail and industrial properties for our own portfolio, as well as third party clients. In addition, PRES affiliate services have expanded from investment services to include construction services and lawn and landscape services, providing for vertical integration and value add for our investors and clients. PRES’ guiding principles insure integrity, exceptional customer experiences, and steadfast attention to detail at every level, as a way of normal business practice.

Jeremy Antes

Jeremy Antes is the founding principal of Prism Real Estate Services, LLC, a property management company, established in July 2012. Jeremy oversees the strategic management of nineteen multifamily assets totaling two thousand five hundred eighty six (2,586) apartment units. In addition, Jeremy oversees the strategic management of 180,243 sq. ft. of commercial property. Jeremy is the founding principal of Antes Principal Investment Management, LLC or, Antes PIM, a private real estate investment company with more than $180 million in assets under management. Antes PIM is the principal shareholder of two asset management and investment syndicate companies, Everest Real Estate Partners, LLC and Proteus Investments, LLC. As the managing principal of these groups, Jeremy sources and vets investment opportunities, conducts detailed due diligence, raises capital, and manages the acquisitions processes. Prior to setting off on his own, Jeremy was the director of multifamily services at Block Multifamily Group, LLC under the Block Real Estate Services umbrella. As director of multifamily services, Jeremy oversaw the day to day management of more than five hundred apartment units in addition to providing receivership oversight for two apartment properties in the foreclosure process. At the same time, Jeremy consulted with Block Maintenance Solutions, LLC and within one year, had built an in-house general contractor for the Block group of companies, booking more than $2 million in gross revenue, hiring more than 15 full time employees, and realizing net margins better than 15%. Formerly, Jeremy worked for Block Real Estate Services, LLC beginning in 2008 as a property manager within the Asset Management Department. Jeremy was responsible for managing a $300 million dollar portfolio comprised of approximately 1 million square feet of Class A medical-office space and Class A office space. Prior to joining the Asset Management Department, Jeremy worked as an assistant project manager with Block Construction Services, LLC for nearly two years where he budgeted more than $28 million and managed $8.7 million in tenant improvement projects. Before joining the Block group of companies, Jeremy owned and operated a successful lawn and landscape company in the Kansas City area, which he sold when he graduated from the Bloch School of Business at the University of Missouri-Kansas City with a Bachelor in Business Administration in 2006. Jeremy resides in Overland Park, Kansas with his wife Danielle and sons Eli and Jonah and daughter Gabriella.
