Bob has owned and operated RFR Properties since 1994. Prior to establishing RFR Properties, he was manager of Corporate Real Estate and Development for US Bancorp. He began his real estate career in Alaska as a leasing/sales associate with Sadco Development. He holds an Idaho Real Estate Brokerage license, is a past CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and past president of the Northwest NACORE Chapter (National Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives). Bob attended Western Washington University majoring in Business Finance.

Gwen is a past CPA (Certified Public Accountant) specializing in construction and real estate accounting and income tax planning and preparation. She has been RFR Properties Controller and Treasurer since 1994. She previously was the Controller and Treasurer for Cree Construction Company, Controller of GDM Architects, Inc., a public accountant with KMG Main Hurdman and Chairperson of the Tax and Fiscal Affairs Committee for the Seattle Association of General Contractors. She holds an accounting degree from Western Washington University

Ron partners with RFR Properties on commercial development projects providing his knowledge and skills developed in over 20 years of business owernship and management. He provides financial analysis of projects, construction management, and directs relationships with vendors and government agencies. Ron holds a degree in Business Finance from the University of Idaho.
