Webb Sowden
Founding principal of RREAF Holdings, LLC Over 28 years experience in commercial real estate with a background in real estate brokerage and mortgage finance. Has been involved in the sale of 11 million square feet of commercial real estate representing over $2.5 billion in asset value Kip has acquired, developed and renovated over $400 million in commercial real estate to include retail, office, multi-family, and hospitality throughout Southwestern and Southeastern United States. Formerly a Founding partner of iCap Realty Advisors and lead the national investment sales program BS in Economics and BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin
Doug McKnight
Doug has over 26 years of experience in the capital markets with a focus on investment banking and institutional trading of fixed-income and structured debt. He is recognized in the financial industry for formulating strategies to maximize portfolio performance while maintaining balanced liquidity-versus-yield relationships. His clients include public funds, depository institutions, financial management firms, insurance companies, pension funds and foreign central banks. Doug has had various interests in the commercial development business through his family firm-McKnight Development Company, based in Jackson, TN. Most recently he has served as managing partner of multiple ongoing RREAF projects located in the Southeastern United States. He is also an active investor in ongoing RREAF projects in Texas, Tennessee and Florida.
Michel Provosty, Jr.
Over 12 years experience in residential and commercial construction He is responsible for all construction related activities at RREAF Founder and Principal of Antebellum Construction Formerly a project manager with oversight of large industrial construction projects Florida Certified Builder and holder of real estate licenses in Florida and Texas BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and MBA from University of Virginia Darden School of Business
