Clark Briner

Clark B. Briner is the Founder and the Principal of Revere Capital. Mr. Briner started his real estate career in 1997 when he made his first multifamily real estate investment. He then joined MacFarlan Capital Partners, an institutional private equity real estate firm, where he was a Director. After years in private equity, Mr. Briner moved to New York City as a senior investment banker at Deutsche Bank, where he served on the private equity real estate team, as well as the new business underwriting committee. Over his years in investment banking, he has participated in traditional public market capitalizations and executions, real estate mergers and acquisitions and workout and restructuring assignments. During his real estate career, Mr. Briner has had significant institutional experience on both the principal investment and investment banking side. Mr. Briner has also served as an owner, lender, operator, sponsor and equity partner. Prior to Mr. Briner’s real estate career, he served in several political positions on both the state and federal level. Mr. Briner holds a BS with honors from Texas Tech and an MBA in Finance from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.

Tom Clinton

Tommy V. Clinton, serving as a Director at Revere Capital, had a 33-year career with Equitable Real Estate Investment Management, Inc. (ERE), before retiring as Executive Vice President. At that time, ERE was the largest institutional real estate manager in the United States, managing more than $36 billion in assets from more than 300 pension funds, including some of the nation’s largest such as CalPERS, CalSTRS, the New York State Common Retirement Fund, NYSTRS and the State of Florida. Mr. Clinton has subsequently been involved in the ownership and development of several prestigious mountain developments in the northeast Georgia mountains. Mr. Clinton was a member of the Equitable Real Estate’s Management and Investment committees and also served as a member of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) for seven years. In 1993, he was appointed President and CEO of Column Financial, Inc., a joint venture between ERE and Donaldson, Lufkin, & Jenrette. Mr. Clinton received his BA from Rhodes College, where he was recently inducted into the Rhodes Athletic Hall of Fame.

Matt Turner

Matt T. Turner serves as a Senior Vice President at Revere Capital with responsibility for debt origination, structuring and sourcing investment opportunities. Prior to joining Revere Capital, Mr. Turner was the President and Managing Partner of Canvasback Capital, a Dallas private equity firm that made real estate investments via acquisitions and development of commercial and multi-family properties. Mr. Turner spent the majority of his real estate career with Lincoln Property Company (LPC), one of the largest and most successful, private real estate firms in the United States. Mr. Turner spent over 10 years at LPC where he was responsible for financing over a $1.5 billion of commercial development, redevelopment, and acquisitions for office, industrial and retail assets. Mr. Turner brings a diverse skill set over multiple disciplines in real estate and finance – equity and debt structuring, asset management, leasing, and investment sales. Mr. Turner earned a BA with Honors and BBA from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.

Brian O'Flanagan

Brian O’Flanagan serves as a Director at Revere Capital with responsibility for loan underwriting and execution. Previously, Mr. O’Flanagan was a Senior Vice President of Downtown Capital Partners, where he was responsible for sourcing, underwriting and managing the firm’s real estate and special situation corporate debt investments. Prior to Downtown, Mr. O’Flanagan was Managing Member of Fairlawn Capital Group, where he served as a consultant to investment firms focusing on alternative investments. Prior to forming Fairlawn Capital Group, O’Flanagan was a Vice President at D.B. Zwirn & Co, a multi-strategy hedge fund with $6 billion assets under management. At D.B. Zwirn, Mr. O’Flanagan managed a $175 million portfolio of REITs and SPACs. Prior to DBZ, he was a Portfolio Manager at the Praedium Group, where he launched and co-managed a hedge fund focused on real estate securities. Prior to that, Mr. O’Flanagan served as a Portfolio Analyst for Northland Capital Partners, a real estate hedge fund formed by Northland Investment Corporation, a $1 billion real estate operating company. His background also includes two years as a sell-side research analyst covering REITs and four years as a real estate accountant. Mr. O’Flanagan earned a Masters of Business Administration from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University.
