William Gordon
Bill Gordon graduated from the University of Virginia and the University of Georgia School of Law. Following a brief stint as a practicing attorney, Mr. Gordon spent 10 years in trust banking and wealth management firms in Atlanta, Georgia. During that time he worked with real estate investment sponsors on behalf of his firms’ clients and developed an expertise in the analysis and structuring of real estate investments with a special emphasis on multifamily rental housing. In 1988, Mr. Gordon founded River Asset Management and has been instrumental in its growth as a real estate investment and management firm. In his current capacity, he provides the firm with strategic acquisition and asset management leadership.
