We believe in long term commitment to our projects through our asset management, leasing, marketing, construction and operation real estate services. Our strategy is to create enduring assets that achieve significant return and growth, as well as enhance the prosperity of our tenants and communities. With more than 25 entities in our growing portfolio, we are currently expanding our national footprint and reviewing areas for development across the country that we believe would thrive with our strategy and development expertise. We are pursuing retail, residential and mixed-use assets – ventures in their preliminary stages with high growth opportunity as well as existing undervalued properties with redevelopment potential. We welcome both land and equity partners who are interested in sharing our experience to develop, acquire, redevelop and re-position commercial assets.
