Storage Galleria ultimately is about individuals with a shared interest and passion for the self storage industry, coming together and combining their experience, connections, expertise and friendship with a common goal to provide something new and different to the industry. It combines unique solutions and common focus to help our industry friends to provide a better tenant experience using business relationships, partnerships, technology, and experience. Storage Galleria is a group of self storage industry leaders, that came together for the purpose of creating a better customer experience for self storage tenants. In turn, benefiting self storage owner/operators and vendors. As a result, Storage Galleria has created the first self storage tenant appreciation, retention and loyalty program in the industry. The program is designed to enhance customer loyalty, increase brand awareness and provide an additional revenue stream to self storage owner operators. From the start, it was also important to us that as part of the Storage Galleria business model, that we support established charities in the industry and help give back to the industry that had been so beneficial to all of us. Storage Galleria's partner's include well-known and successful self storage industry executives, including Kelly Gallacher (Gallacher Development and formerly a Partner at Devon Self Storage), Terry Bagley (Formerly President & CEO of Centershift), John Bilton (formerly Vice President of Business Development & Marketing with Centershift, Inc.), Larry Hanks (The Storage Group) and Brian Pelski (The Storage Group)

Mr. Gallacher is co-founder of Gallacher Development LLC. His experience includes the development, acquisition and management of over 100 real estate projects within the United States and Europe including self storage, multi-family, industrial, office and medical office buildings. In 1988 Kelly Gallacher co-founded the Devon Group and affiliated companies. In 1993, he was responsible for sourcing Devon's first investment in the self storage business with the acquisition and conversion of a vacant retail center in Houston, Texas. As a result of that property's success, Mr. Gallacher refocused his activities into the self storage conversion business and converted over 75 existing office, retail and industrial properties into self storage assets throughout the US and Europe. In August 2000, Gallacher relocated to Europe to oversee the development and management of eight sites - three in France, two in Germany and three in the Netherlands including the first self storage facility built in the Netherlands. In March 2001, he was elected as a member of the board of directors of the Self Storage Association of the United Kingdom and the European Self Storage Association. He returned to the U.S. in August 2003. In addition to his service for three years as a board member, he has spoken at numerous self storage conferences in both the U.S. and Europe and authored a variety of articles for the industry. In February 2005, Kelly was elected to the California Self Storage Association board of directors and in January 2006 was elected president of the board. He is also a member of the AAC (Affiliated Association Council) to the national Self Storage Association and is an advisor to the newly formed Latin America Self Storage Association (LASSA). In September 2007, Mr. Gallacher was elected to the board of directors of the National Self Storage Association where he has served as Treasurer and as Vice Chairman for 2011 and 2012. In January 2014, he was elected as the Chairman of the SSA International Committee. Kelly continues development of self storage properties in the US and in Brazil. Prior to 1988, Mr. Gallacher was President of Equitec Properties Company. He began his career in September of 1980 as a leasing agent and worked his way up to President. As President, he managed over $2 billion in real estate assets located in 60 cities and 30 states with over 26 million square feet of office, industrial, multi-family and retail space. His departure from Equitec came shortly after the company was sold in 1987. Completing his education at Brigham Young University, he graduated in 1980 with a BS degree in Financial Planning. Mr. Gallacher speaks Spanish and is conversant in German. He resides in Granite Bay, California with his wife and family.

Terry Bagley has been involved in the self storage industry for 12 years in various capacities. Mr. Bagley currently is an Owner/Partner in Storage Galleria, which provides tenant appreciation, retention, loyalty and marketing programs to self storage owner/operators. Previously, Mr. Bagley was the President & CEO of Centershift, Inc., a innovative and leading rental management and point-of-sale software solution to the self storage industry. He held that position from 2005-2013. Prior to his position as President & CEO, he was the Sr. Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Centershift. During his tenure at Centershift he worked with clients based in North America that included 2 of the 4 largest self storage REIT's, along with many large, medium and small privately-held self storage operators. He also set the strategy and led the successful acquisition of Hi-Tech Smart Systems RentPlus management software and customer base in 2011. Mr. Bagley currently serves on the national (and international) Self Storage Association (SSA) board of directors since 2010, and is in his second term. His board assignments have included Chair of the Technology & Data committee and member of the Nominating, Ski Workshop and Vendor committees. As Chair of the Technology & Data committee, he work closely with the REIT's, SSA and REIS to establish a 3-party provider of self storage industry performance data and analysis at the metro, sub-market and property level for over 180 sub-markets. He previously was on the Utah Self Storage Association (UTSSA) board of directors and during that time led the associations efforts to obtain limited licensing for tenant insurance with the Utah Department of Insurance and update Utah's lien laws with the Utah legislature. The Self Storage Association (SSA) recognized Mr. Bagley's legislative efforts in Utah at the SSA Conference & Trade Show in Las Vegas in 2007. Mr. Bagley also speaks at industry trade shows/conferences and he is a frequent editorial contributor to industry trade publications and magazines, including the SSA Globe, Inside Self-Storage, and Mini-Storage Messenger. Bagley is currently the Co-Chair of the Utah Technology Council (UTC) Public Policy committee, a position that he has held since 2006. He is also on the Board of Directors of Yellowstone Hotel Systems, (dba OpenBook) a privately held software company focused on booking engine, website development and internet marketing. Previously he served on the Board of Centershift, Inc. (2005-2013), the Utah Self Storage Association Board of Directors (2007-2010). In 2012, Mr. Bagley was appointed to a two-year term on the Utah State Board of Education Nominating & Selection Committee by the Governor of Utah. Before entering the self storage industry, Mr. Bagley spent almost 20 years in the technology industry in various leadership positions in business development, sales and marketing and management for both private and publicly traded companies that included 3Com (acquired by Hewlett-Packard), US Robotics and Megahertz. Mr. Bagley earned a bachelors degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University as well as an MBA from San Jose State University. He has also attended post graduate training courses in various business-related subjects, including executive education courses from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He resides in Salt Lake City, Utah with his wife and family.

Mr. Bilton is an Owner/Partner in Storage Galleria, which provides tenant appreciation, retention, loyalty and marketing programs to self storage owner/operators. Prior to Storage Galleria Mr. Bilton spent five years as an executive with Centershift Inc. a Salt Lake City based Software as a Service Company serving the Self Storage industry. John was the Vice President of Business Development and Client Services and responsible for sales, marketing and existing client services. Mr. Bilton was also instrumental in creating and maintaining relationships with key customers, industry partners, self storage vendors, solution partners, and state self storage associations. John is a frequent contributor to the Self Storage industry trade publications and events. Prior to joining Centershift, Mr. Bilton was President of Rocky Mountain Agency a Salt Lake City based Manufacturers Representative organization covering a multi state territory serving both the residential, multifamily and commercial building markets focused on ground up developments. Mr. Bilton sold that company in early 2010. Prior to Rocky Mountain Agency John spent 15 years in various executive and management roles in enterprise sales, channel sales and marketing with 3Com Corporation and regional positions with US Robotics, Megahertz Corporation and WordPerfect. John lived and worked in Canada during his tenure with Wordperfect. When Mr. Bilton left 3Com Corporation he was responsible for the sales and distribution of all products in North and South America and managed a team of sales professionals, engineers, analysts, insides sales, and call center personal from Canada to Brazil. John Bilton is currently serving his second four year term as a member of the Farmington City Council; Farmington was recently ranked 14th “Best Places to Live for Small Cities under 50,000 residents” by CNN/Money Magazine in their annual 2013 rankings. John has also served as Mayor Pro Tem for Farmington City and is a past chair of the Farmington City Planning Commission. John is also a member of the Site Plan and Architectural Review Committee with Farmington City. Mr. Bilton is on the Board of Directors for two Redevelopment Agencies within the City of Farmington. These RDA boards oversee the implementation of the City’s master plan in improving infrastructure and economic development for the City. Mr. Bilton is also serving on the Board of Directors for Career Path High School, a Charter High School that offers a blended learning environment whether online or in a traditional classroom setting. John earned both a Bachelors of Arts and a Masters of Business Administration from Brigham Young University. He has also participated in continuing executive education at the Wharton School of Business. John lives in Farmington, Utah with his wife and four children.

With more than 12 years of storage industry experience prior to the formation of The Storage Group, Mr. Hanks has been responsible for self-storage market and feasibility studies, site selection, facility acquisitions and dispositions, as well as being a storage owner for 10 years. He also brings more than a decade of commercial real estate and appraisal experience in which he’s been qualified as an expert witness in valuation by the courts. Larry’s experience has allowed him to provide professional services in the self-storage industry for the leasing and build-outs of billboards, cellular towers, retail and office space, utility-easement negotiation and condemnation consultation. He currently holds an active Real Estate Salesman license and a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser License #RZ2086.
