Spencer Enslein has been the CEO of TCII Property Management, Inc. since 2002. Prior to this role Mr. Enslein was a New York Stock Exchange Branch Manager and was in the stock brokerage business for 25 years. Mr. Enslein is a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Florida and is the driving force behind TCII’s shift into Commercial Property Management. Under Mr. Enslein’s leadership, TCII has expanded the size of its management portfolio. TCII currently manages over one million square feet of space with a combined current market value of over $130 million. Mr. Enslein is responsible for the overall direction and growth of TCII with its clients giving the company the authority to negotiate and administer leases, tenant improvements and property renovations. Mr Enslein holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Colorado, Boulder and holds a Florida Real Estate License and is an IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) CPM Candidate

Jennifer Enslein has over 15 years of experience in International Banking. Mrs. Enslein managed the Trade Finance Department of a South Florida bank, with one billion dollar in assets, which at the time had the largest volume of Commercial Letters of Credit transactions in Florida. After retiring from banking, Mrs. Enslein became an independent Trade Finance consultant. Mrs. Enslein is responsible for TCII’s overall marketing and public relations efforts. As a native of Peru, Mrs. Enslein speaks fluent Spanish and is also fluent in Hebrew. Mrs. Enslein has a Masters Degree in Education from Barry University, Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Florida. She is also a registered Letter of Credit Expert Witness in the State of Florida and certified as a Letter of Credit Specialist

Jason Glaser joined the TCII team in 2011 and has been an integral part of the company’s growth. With over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry Mr. Glaser has aimed to transform TCII into a full service real estate company and is continually increasing value through improved customer service and asset accumulation. Mr. Glaser holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, a Master’s in the Science of Real Estate, as well as a Master’s in International Business all from the University of Florida.

Matthew has been a member of TCII Property Management since 2003. Mr. Lunney oversees all of the day to day accounting associated with TCII’s commercial real estate portfolio. Prior to joining TCII, Mr. Lunney worked as a property accountant at America’s Capital Partners in Miami, FL. Mr. Lunney oversees all A/P, A/R, monthly bank reconciliations, as well as Common Area Maintenance, Real Estate Tax, and Insurance reconciliations.
