Juan llaca
Mr. Llaca is Vista Investments’ President, Chief Executive Officer, and founder. He also is the President and CEO of Vagabond Inn and VIMCO. Prior to founding Vista Investments, Mr. Llaca was the President of Imperial Hotel Corporation since 1990, where he directed the acquisition of the Vagabond Inn chain. Prior to that, he was a corporate tax attorney with Deloitte and Touche LLP in Madrid, Spain, as well as an International Tax Specialist with Deloitte & Touche LLP in Los Angeles Mr. Llaca holds degrees in Economics, Business Administration and Law from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Madrid, Spain, where he was also awarded a Masters in Corporate and International Taxation. In 1995, he completed the Executive Financial Program at Stanford Business School in Palo Alto, California.
Les Biggins
Mr. Biggins is responsible for the company’s M&A, financial and administrative functions. He actively participates in the strategic and long term planning, evaluation, development and implementation of the company’s fiscal objectives. Mr. Biggins has extensive experience in identifying, negotiating and financing the acquisition and re-financing of hotels and other real estate properties. He has over 35 years of experience working in the financial and hospitality industries. Prior to joining Vista Investments, Mr. Biggins served as CFO for Vagabond Inn Corporation (before it was acquired by Vista Investments). Mr. Biggins holds a MBA from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor of Science in accounting from San Diego State University.
