Our 2D Factory-built panels

We have established Home Factory, Inc, a full-service construction and development firm in 2019 to aid us in developing single-family and multifamily residences in CA. We were already rebuilding single-family residences in Santa Rosa, CA after the fires of 2017.  We leased a factory space in the Sacramento area. There the company builds 2D framing panels, off-site, thus achieving shorter project delivery time and lower cost.

In setting up Home Factory operations our thinking was as follows:

•  Framing and plumbing/electrical scopes can be performed;

•  Panels can be delivered prewired and preset for plumbing;

•  Panels are built as the foundation being poured;

•  End product goes through regular inspections;

•  No special separate set of plans is required.

We are estimating we could achieve lower building costs and faster project delivery. This remains to be seen after we complete a couple of pilot projects. Here is the video from our first installation:
