Principal

Isaac Gregory

As a founding principal of the firm, Mr. Gregory is responsible for sourcing of new investment opportunities, due diligence and underwriting of potential investments and asset management of ongoing projects. In addition, Mr. Gregory is the primary investor relations contact for 2GR Equity clients which include Registered Investment Advisors and high net worth individuals. Prior to co-founding the firm, Mr. Gregory served as Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at a Dallas/Fort Worth based private real estate investment firm. Under Mr. Gregory’s leadership, the capital markets team raised more than $115 million of investor equity for private real estate investments. Mr. Gregory was a voting member of the investment committee and also served on the firm’s executive committee. Mr. Gregory began his career in the financial services industry with American Express Financial Advisors, now Ameriprise Financial. Mr. Gregory was both a practicing financial advisor and district manager in the Fort Worth office, one of the most productive in the nation. Mr. Gregory received multiple leadership and production awards while at Ameriprise. In 2007, Mr. Gregory was ranked the #1 District Manager in the nation out of more than 290. Mr. Gregory graduated from the M.J. Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University with a BBA in Business Management. Mr. Gregory resides in North Richland Hills and is married with two children.

Principal

David Gregory

As a founding principal of the firm, Mr. Gregory is responsible for sourcing new investment opportunities, directing the underwriting and due diligence process and leading all partnership negotiations for the company. In addition, Mr. Gregory leads the ongoing investment management of 2GR’s current real estate portfolio. Prior to co-founding the firm, Mr. Gregory held several positions at a Dallas/Fort Worth based private real estate investment firm, including Vice President of Acquisitions, where he structured and negotiated 26 joint ventures representing almost $70 million in equity investment and approximately $230 million in total capitalization. While serving in his role as the VP of Acquisitions, Mr. Gregory also provided investment management oversight on a portfolio consisting of $44 million in equity invested across 15 projects. Prior to his role in the acquisitions department, Mr. Gregory worked as an Investment Manager and was responsible for performing underwriting tasks on various real estate projects representing roughly $150 million in total capitalization. Mr. Gregory graduated from Texas A&M University with a BS in Economics and a Master of Land Economics and Real Estate. Mr. Gregory resides in Southlake and is married with one child with another due in August 2014.

Elizabeth Roll

As a founding principal of the firm, Ms. Roll is responsible for sourcing of new investment opportunities, due diligence and underwriting of potential investments and asset management of ongoing projects. In addition Ms. Roll is the primary investor relations contact for 2GR Equity clients which include Registered Investment Advisors and high net worth individuals. Prior to co-founding the firm, Ms. Roll served as Vice President of Capital Markets at a Dallas/Fort Worth private real estate firm where she was a voting member of the investment committee and was responsible for managing relationships with fee-only, registered investment advisors. Prior to that role, Ms. Roll was responsible for managing relationships with high net worth individuals and managing the retail Capital Markets team. Ms. Roll began her career with Gilles, Stransky, Brems, Smith (GSBS) Architects as a Marketing Coordinator. While at GSBS, Ms. Roll also worked in Economic Development, partnering with multiple cities in the Dallas/Fort Worth area in an effort to attract high quality commercial development. Ms. Roll received a BA in Mass Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations and Psychology from Texas Tech University. Ms. Roll currently resides in Dallas.
