Founded in 1996, Advenir, Inc. is a Real Estate Investment Company headquartered in Aventura, Florida (Miami-Dade). Advenir acquires and operates multi-family rental communities throughout the United States, on behalf of high net worth and institutional investors. Since inception, Advenir has owned and operated 12,000 apartment units valued over $1.2 Billion. Our current portfolio consists of 7,400 apartment units valued at more than $550 million. In addition to Advenir, Inc., Advenir has a Property Management Company with 225 employees and regional offices in Florida, Texas, and Colorado; and a Construction Management Company focused on multifamily development and rehabilitation.

Stephen Vecchitto
Stephen Vecchitto founded Advenir in 1996 and serves as the company's Managing Director. He is responsible for creating the business plan for more than 7,000 units in Florida, Texas, Colorado and North Carolina and has oversight responsibility for acquisitions, financing and investor relations. Prior to his work with Advenir, Stephen, a licensed CPA, founded VSM, LLC, a Hartford, Connecticut-based financial services firm. The firm specialized in litigation support, mergers and acquisitions, fraud, appraisals. Under his direction as Managing Partner, VSM grew to 40 professionals and became the fifth largest private firm in Hartford. Stephen dedicates much of his spare time to serving in the business community. He is on the board of directors for Teach for America-Miami and a cornerstone member of Make-A-Wish Foundation in South Florida. Stephen was on the board of directors at both Deering Bay and the Greater Hartford Chamber of Commerce. He is also a former president of the Rocky Hill Chamber of Commerce, an organization that once named him Person of the Year. Stephen graduated Suma Cum Laude in 1978 from Bentley University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting.
W. Taylor Rismiller
As a Co-Founder and Principal of the firm in 1996, W. Taylor Rismiller is the President and CEO of Advenir Real Estate Management, LLC. Taylor is responsible for creating and executing the company's operational strategy and vision, in addition to the implementation of, and compliance to, policies, procedures, and best practices company-wide. His responsibilities extend to property operations, human resources, marketing, corporate accounting, IT/Training and construction management. Interfacing with our lenders and legal team, Taylor, in conjunction with Advenir's acquisition team, oversees the due diligence process bringing each transaction through to its successful close. Taylor is also responsible for the company's insurance placement and real estate tax analysis and appeals. Taylor is a graduate of the University of South Florida with a BA in Psychology and has over 25 years property management experience.
Todd P. Linden
Todd Linden is Chief Acquisition Officer for Advenir. He joined the company in 2008 and directs Advenir's property acquisition strategy, capital structuring and a financial analysis for of all investment opportunities. Todd also plays a key role in raising both private and institutional investor equity, business plan creation for each investment asset, evaluation of ongoing portfolio performance and analysis of potential sale or property re-financing on cash reserves and investor distributions. He is co-chair of the Investment Committee and has transacted in excess of $500,000,000 in multi-family investments. Prior to joining Advenir, Todd spent six years with Kabookaboo managing business development. He helped direct the company's growth from inception to an award-winning strategic marketing and brand development firm retaining clients such as: BlackBerry, Burger King, Cartier, Cobb Theatres, City of Coral Gables, E. & J. Gallo Winery, Flagler Development Group and Moët Hennessy. In addition to his work with Advenir, Todd is very active in the South Florida business community. He is chair-elect of Make-A-Wish Southern Florida and has been a board member since 2009. In 2013, Todd founded Make-A-Wish Champions, a division of Make-A-Wish Southern Florida that provides a platform for business people to build their professional network while delivering the foundation's mission. From 2004 to 2009, he served on the board of directors for the Coral Gables Chamber. In 2003, Todd founded the 20/30 Group and Rising Star Awards. He also served as a board member on the Young Entrepreneurs Council at Nova Southeastern University's H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Florida State University College of Business, with a concentration in Finance and Marketing.
Rick Jones
Rick Jones joined Advenir as Regional Vice Presiden t in August 2014. He is responsible for the company's property management o perations nationwide. He works with each of the Regional Directors and their teams to exceed performance expectations and to embody Advenir's mission and values. Rick began his property management career in 1990 a nd has operated multi-family assets throughout the country. He has had oversigh t responsibility in conventional, new construction/lease-ups, student housing, senior housing, assets with extensive renovation projects, as well as many acquisitions and dispositions. He was most recently an Asset Manager with CFLane w here he worked directly with investors and provided strategic direction to prope rty management to achieve the property's financial objectives. He has previously been a Regional Vice President with CFLane and with BH Management; a Vice Presiden t with Lend Lease Real Estate Investments; and Senior Vice President with Trinity Property Consultants. As an Eagle Scout, Rick has worked many years with the Boy Scouts of America in developing future leaders of the young men in his t roops. Rick received a Bachelor of Science degree in Busin ess with a concentration in finance from the University of Phoenix.
Heidi Jehlicka
Heidi Jehlicka is Director of Marketing for Advenir. She joined the company in 2012 and is responsible for coordinating and implementing all internal and customer-facing marketing and communications efforts for Advenir nationwide. Previously, Heidi served as Marketing Director for Dominium, managing the marketing and advertising needs for a portfolio of 20,000 units. Overall, she holds 20 years of experience in marketing, sales and hospitality. Heidi has been honored with a National Excellence in Sales Award. In addition, she has been certified in management training, in business ethics and in marketing. Heidi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from St. Mary's University and has also completed coursework in professional selling skills and coaching.
