Alison Hawkins
Alison Hawkins is a Managing Principal responsible for capital raising at Artemis Real Estate Partners, LLC, a real estate investment firm that manages institutional, third party capital in a variety of real estate strategies. She sits on the firm’s Investment Committee and is based in Los Angeles, CA. Prior to rejoining Artemis in 2015, Ms. Hawkins spent over thirteen years in capital raising and real estate investment banking, including her prior tenure with Artemis from 2010 – 2013. Her recent experience includes two years as a Managing Director with CBRE Global Investors and previously with Eastdil Secured LLC, initially in investment sales across asset types and later as a Director in the firm’s private equity group focusing on raising private funds, joint venture equity and entity and portfolio recapitalizations. Before joining Eastdil Secured, Ms. Hawkins practiced law, first at a national private litigation firm where she was made partner, and later as General Counsel to an operating company.

Ms. Harmon is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Artemis Real Estate Partners, LLC, a real estate investment firm that manages approximately $3.3 Billion of institutional capital across the core plus, value add and opportunistic risk spectrum in a variety of real estate strategies. With over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, she is responsible for establishing, implementing and overseeing the company’s strategic direction. Prior to co-founding Artemis, she spent 17 years with the J.E. Robert Companies, Inc. ("JER"), a real estate investment firm where she was last President and Chief Investment Officer. Before joining JER, Ms. Harmon was a Managing Director at Bankers Trust Company in New York City where she worked in both the corporate finance and real estate groups handling a $2.0 billion portfolio of real estate developers and national corporations.
