Ashcroft Capital, LLC is a national multifamily investment firm focusing on acquiring complexes of 100 units or greater in major U.S. metropolitan statistical areas which demonstrate consistent rent growth, low vacancy and a growing Real GDP. The firm seeks to reposition properties through tightening operational inefficiencies, moderate to extensive renovations and complete rebranding. Ashcroft targets assets appropriate for institutional and high net worth funds. The mission is to preserve and grow our investors’ capital though a conservative acquisition strategy and a hands-on asset management approach.
Frank Roessler
Ashcroft Capital was founded by Frank Roessler. Previous to forming Ashcroft, Frank compiled over a decades worth of institutional experience in multifamily investments. During this time, he oversaw the acquisition of over $250M of multifamily assets and is highly familiar with the local economic markets within dozens of major metropolitan areas. Frank has managed the underwriting, due diligence and contract negotiation of over 30 properties comprising of 200+ units each. In addition to his experience in acquisitions, Frank has served as an asset manager over a portfolio valued in excess of $450m. Each of the properties in this portfolio were located in different MSA’s spread over 8 states. Due to this, he is comfortable dealing with the challenges that come with asset management of a national portfolio. Frank Roessler has run project management of the full interior renovation of several apartment communities and the development of multiple resort-style pools and other large exterior capital improvement projects. He is also a certified Yieldstar revenue manager. Frank has a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Bucknell University and an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA.
Joe Fairless
Joe Fairless, controls over $54,000,000 worth of real estate in Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth and Cincinnati. A native Texan, Joe grew up in Fort Worth and graduated from Texas Tech University. He currently splits his time between Dallas-Fort Worth and Cincinnati. He has been investing in real estate since 2008 and, prior to that, was the youngest vice president at an award-winning advertising agency. He is also the host of the world’s longest running daily real estate podcast, Best Real Estate Investing Advice Ever, where he has interviewed guests such as Barbara Corcoran and Robert Kiyosaki.
