Jon is Vice President of Acquisitions at Bader Development. He is responsible for multifamily acquisitions and has more than a decade of experience acquiring properties throughout the United States.To date, he has sourced and closed more than $1.5 billion in transaction volume. Prior to joining Bader, Jon was Vice President of Acquisitions at The Wolff Company, where he acquired over 3,000 multifamily units in the Southwest. Before joining Wolff Company, Jon was Vice President of Investments at Monogram, a publicly traded REIT, where he was responsible for all aspects of the transaction process for multifamily development and acquisition investments in the West Coast, Midwest and Southwest. Mr. Bader earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree specializing in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin at Madison School of Business.

Mark is responsible for overseeing the accounting and financial management of the company's portfolio. He has extensive experience in detailed financial planning and analysis in the multi-housing industry. Mark works closely with investors, partnerships and accountants to ensure that the goals and visions of the investors ar e effectively realized.

Robb Bader is the Vice President of Acquisitions and Development. After college, Robb spent 8 years as an investment sales and leasing broker in the California submarkets of Beverly Hills and West Hollywood. In 2008, he moved to Minneapolis and started at Bader Diamond Fund. He is in charge of new development and acquisitions for the company. Robb graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in Communications. Since moving to Minneapolis, he has been involved as a member of the Minnesota Multi Housing Association and currently serves on the MHA Board of Directors as well as the leadership committee for the MHA Young Professionals Group.

Scott is responsible for new development and corporate growth and since 1980 has been responsible for the development and construction of over 30 multi-family projects, ten commercial retail centers and three single family developments. He believes the key to successful real estate development is anticipating lifestyle trends and building communities around them. In addition to his experience as a practicing attorney, Scott is a licensed real estate broker.

Responsible for the firm's financing and refinancing areas, Sid is extremely knowledgeable about government and associated programs and creative refinancing opportunities. With more than 50 years of experience in real estate development and management, Sid is invaluable in new development as well as the acquisition of existing rental properties, both locally and nationally.
