Mr. Sisler leads day-to-day firm operations, including underwriting limited partnership interests, cultivating general partnership relationships, obtaining partnership transfers, and providing partnership diligence at the local, state and federal level. Prior to joining Belveron Partners, Grant served as the Acquisition Manager for Concierge Asset Management, where he was involved in the underwriting, acquisition, and rehabilitation of partnership investments. Prior to Concierge, Grant worked at Goldman Sachs as an analyst in Private Wealth Management and holds a degree in Economics and Spanish from Duke University, where he completed a certificate program in Markets and Management. In his free time, Grant is an avid outdoor runner. He and his wife live in San Francisco with their son.
As Managing Partner, Mr. Odland provides executive leadership and direction to the firm, ultimately answering to our investors. Paul is involved in all strategic decision-making, including raising equity investment capital, sourcing investment transactions, and making investment decisions. Prior to forming Belveron Partners, he was the President and CEO of Concierge Asset Management, along with previous experience at Bridge Partners. Mr. Odland holds a BBA from the University of Notre Dame, an MBA from UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, and has completed real estate continuing education at Harvard University. He resides in Belvedere, CA with his wife and two children. Paul is also involved in various local community boards, non-profits and charities.
Mr. Harrison oversees sourcing opportunities, joint ventures, acquisitions, and directing marketing and communications. Louis is an integral part of Belveron’s transactional activities; from purchasing assets to fundraising. Prior to joining Belveron, Mr. Harrison’s entrepreneurial background includes building advertising and consumer product companies, a credit card processor, and resident managing a local multifamily building. He graduated from Kenyon College with a degree in English. In his spare time, he restored his former 1920’s house and can usually be found at antique shows and garage sales looking for his next rehabilitation project. Louis resides in San Francisco.
