William (Bill) Krauch

Bill Krauch is a Senior Advisor, Client Relations & Product Development across the Bentall Kennedy North American investment platform. Bill brings over 40 years of experience in the real estate investment and management sector, most recently serving as a Managing Director of Clarion Partners, where he was involved with the global investor relations and product development team. He also sat on the Clarion Investment Committee and Client Capital Management team. Prior to his role at Clarion Partners, Bill served as Global Head of Marketing and Client Relations for ING Real Estate Investment Management and chaired their Global Product Committee. Bill started his career as a commercial broker with Coldwell Banker in Los Angeles. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Senior Vice President, Transactions

David Nielsen

David Nielsen is a Senior Vice President at Bentall Kennedy with responsibility for investment transactions in the Eastern region of the United States. David joined Bentall Kennedy in 2007 and is based in the Chicago office. Prior to joining Bentall Kennedy, Mr. Nielsen was a Director in the Investments Group of Equity Office Properties Trust. In this role, he participated in the acquisition and disposition of over $1 billion of office assets throughout the United States with primary responsibilities of sourcing investment opportunities in Southeast Florida, Washington, D.C., and Stamford, Connecticut. Mr. Nielsen holds an MBA degree from DePaul University and a BA degree in business administration from Wartburg College. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the Real Estate Investment Association and the Young Real Estate Professionals of Chicago.

Executive Vice President, Head of Strategy and Research

Douglas Poutasse

Doug Poutasse is Executive Vice President, Head of Strategy and Research at Bentall Kennedy, with overall responsibility for directing the Canadian and U.S. research teams. He serves on Bentall Kennedy's Group Management Committee, and U.S. Executive and Investment Committees. Doug has over 30 years of experience as an economic analyst and forecaster. Prior to joining Bentall Kennedy in 2010, Doug served as the Executive Director of The National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries (NCREIF), and chaired the Real Estate Information Standards Board from 2007-2010. Prior to his work at NCREIF, Doug was the Chief Investment Strategist for AEW Capital Management, where he chaired the Investment Policy Group, was a standing member of the Investment Committee and oversaw AEW Research, the firm's in-house research group. Prior to joining AEW in 1991, Doug was with F.W. Dodge, where he managed real estate and construction forecasting, and with DRI/McGraw-Hill as Manager of Metropolitan Forecasting. Doug holds a BA from Harvard University. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA). In 2005, PREA awarded Doug the Graaskamp Award for his high-quality research in the area of institutional investment in real estate.

Senior Vice President Client Relations & Product Development

Josh Samilow

Josh Samilow is Senior Vice President, Client Relations & Product Development and is responsible for marketing, investor relations, and client service for MEPT investors nationally. In addition, Josh is responsible for the marketing and distribution of the Daily Value Fund, a daily valued fund that offers defined contribution plans the opportunity to invest in the MEPT strategy. Prior to joining Bentall Kennedy, Josh served as Vice President of Marketing for Manning & Napier Advisors. While at Manning & Napier, he focused on business development and client relations of multiple investment strategies with specific emphasis on the defined contribution investment only (DCIO) segment. Josh has spent over 20 years of his career working with institutional clients and has extensive experience across multiple distribution channels within the investment management industry. Josh received his BA in Organizational Communication from the University of Delaware and currently holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 designations.

Senior Vice President Client Relations & Product Development

Reagan Pratt

Reagan Pratt is Senior Vice President, Client Relations & Product Development and part of the Chicago based team that is responsible for representing Bentall Kennedy investment opportunities to the U.S. institutional marketplace. His mandate covers public pension's plans, corporate plans, foundations, endowments and family offices. Reagan also has a leadership role in the development of new investment products for the institutional marketplace and pursues new distribution channels for existing investment products. Most recently, Reagan was a Principal at Harrison Street Securities (HSS), focused on delivering institutional REIT investment products to the North American market. Reagan founded HSS predecessor company, Transwestern Securities Management in 2005. Prior to that, Reagan held senior positions with Heitman Financial, JMB Institutional Realty and Clayton Research Associates. Reagan has an extensive background in product design, marketing, direct property investing, REIT investing, client service, quantitative modeling, investment research, risk modeling, development and economic forecasting. Reagan holds a Master of Science degree in urban land economics from The University of British Columbia and a bachelor's degree in economics and geography from the University of Guelph.

Lydia Tan

Lydia Tan is Senior Vice President, Head of Development of Bentall Kennedy in the United States, overseeing real estate development activity for the company, which is comprised of a variety of asset types throughout the U.S. Lydia also serves on the U.S. Management Committee. Prior to joining Bentall Kennedy in 2014, Lydia was EVP, Director of Northern California Operations at Related California where she spearheaded the development of a $2 billion pipeline of mixed income, mixed use projects. Prior to that, she was EVP in charge of Development at BRIDGE Housing Corporation, where she oversaw the production of $2.4 billion in assets, participated as part of the executive management team, and co-led an investment partnership with CalPERS. With more than 30 years' experience, she has had key involvement in conceptualizing, entitling, financing and constructing several large-scale public/private redevelopment efforts in the Western U.S. Lydia holds an AB Architecture degree from University of California, Berkeley and an MBA from Stanford University, and is a registered Architect in California. She is a member of the Stanford Real Estate Council and ULI, and serves on the board of directors of Habitat for Humanity Greater SF, SPUR, and the S.H. Cowell Foundation.

David Antonelli

David Antonelli is an Executive Vice President at Bentall Kennedy US and portfolio manager of the Multi-Employer Property Trust, the firm's open-end commingled private equity real estate fund. It is one of the largest real estate equity funds in the US. David also serves on the firm's investment and management committees. Prior to assuming the role of MEPT portfolio manager in 2010, David was Senior Vice President, Acquisitions, responsible for directing the acquisitions group in the Northeast region of the US. During that time, he directed approximately $2.5 billion in acquisitions. David joined Kennedy Associates as Vice President, Acquisitions and established its Washington, DC office in 1995. David has worked in real estate investment management for over 22 years. His experience includes portfolio management, investor relations, acquisitions, dispositions, financings, investment structuring and restructuring, and asset management. Prior to joining Bentall Kennedy US, David worked for New York-based Elders American Realty Capital, a joint venture of American Realty Capital and Elders Finance Group of Australia. In this capacity, David participated in the acquisition, asset management and disposition of a $300 million portfolio of US real estate. David joined Elders in 1989 as an Associate and left the firm in 1995 as a Vice President. David began his career in 1986 as a Financial Analyst in the management consulting group of KPMG. David holds a degree in economics from Syracuse University and an MBA in finance from George Washington University. David is a member of the Urban Land Institute.

Tom Pedulla

Tom Pedulla is Executive Vice President, Portfolio Management for Bentall Kennedy Group. Tom is the Portfolio Manager for the Sun Life Financial real estate separate account. Additionally, Tom oversees a real estate portfolio in the United Kingdom for Sun Life Financial. Tom leads a team of over 50 investment professionals responsible for the origination and servicing of commercial mortgages across North America. Tom has 25 years of experience in institutional property markets. He joined Sun Life Financial in 1991, serving in mortgage and then real estate roles. He was appointed head of U.S. Real Estate in 2002 and then North American Real Estate in 2007. He assumed his global role overseeing both commercial mortgages and real estate in 2010. Tom is active in property industry associations as a Counselor of Real Estate (CRE), a long standing member of both ICSC and NAIOP, and holds a Massachusetts real estate broker’s license. Raised in suburban Boston, Tom holds a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from Babson College.

Amy Price

Amy Price is President and Chief Investment Officer of Bentall Kennedy in the United States. Based in San Francisco, Amy has overall responsibility for the operating and financial performance of Bentall Kennedy's U.S.-based businesses and has direct day-to-day responsibility for all asset management, financing and transactions activities in the U.S. Amy also serves on the Bentall Kennedy Group Management Committee, the U.S. Executive Committee and the U.S. Investment Committee. Amy has over 20 years of experience in investment strategy and transaction execution, combined with significant management experience in asset management and finance. Prior to joining Bentall Kennedy U.S. in 2012, Amy was a Managing Director and Head of Real Estate Investing for the Western United States at Morgan Stanley, where she was an Investment Committee member and founded their San Francisco office. Amy also spent time in Morgan Stanley's New York and Hong Kong offices. Amy holds an MBA with Distinction from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and graduated magna cum laude from Colgate University. She a member of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Real Estate Managers (NAREIM), and is a member of the Urban Land Institute Office Development Council as well as the Fisher Center for Real Estate & Urban Economics Policy Advisory Board.

Gary Whitelaw

Gary Whitelaw is CEO of the Bentall Kennedy group of companies. He joined Bentall in 1998 as President and Chief Executive Officer of Bentall's Investment Management group (formerly called Penreal Capital Management) and has led the company through 17 years of growth and change. Gary sits on the boards of all Bentall Kennedy entities and client funds, and is responsible for the performance and governance of all operating and investment groups. Prior to joining Bentall Kennedy, Gary held progressively more senior executive positions in several public and private real estate operating, investment and development companies active in Canada and the US. He also practiced as an Architect for several years at the outset of his career. Gary holds a degree in architecture from McGill University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is past Chair of the Board of REALpac - Real Property Association of Canada and is a past director of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers. Gary is also a frequent speaker and panelist at industry conferences in both the U.S. and Canada.
