Big V Property Group (BVPG) is a vertically-integrated shopping center investment management and property management company, with comprehensive services including leasing, on-site property management, construction management, finance/accounting and marketing. Utilizing state of the art technical platforms, the company has an excellent track record of providing quality property management and construction management services for over 40 years. The management team prides themselves on their attention to detail and expertise in this space, and on providing a best in class experience for their key constituencies: tenants, shopping center owners and shopping center customers. BVPG owns and operate 40 class B grocery and discount anchored neighborhood and community shopping centers totaling 4.2 million square feet, primarily located in strong secondary markets throughout the Southeast US. The company has 29 employees, with offices in Charlotte, NC, Florida, NY, and Bristol, TN and a satellite office in Stuart, FL.


Jeffrey Rosenberg

In 1997, Jeff joined the family firm, Big V Property Group, and he currently runs and manages the family real estate, which includes shopping centers, office buildings, and residential apartments. As manager of the family firm, he has been involved in many real estate projects, including redeveloping and re-tenanting shopping centers, developing age-restricted housing and managing the day-to-day operation of the business. Prior to joining Big V, Jeff was involved in the retail side of the real estate business. From 1995-1997 he managed 25 Big A Auto Parts stores in Colorado, Wyoming, and Nebraska. Prior to that, he owned a chain of Computer Stores in the New York/ New Jersey. Jeff graduated from Pace University in 1984 with a degree in business and received his MBA from The Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill in 1995.

Michael Rosenberg

Mike comes to Big V Property Group with a 25 year background in operations and project management. He spent the last 5 years building and running two successful express car washes in the Stuart, FL area. Before that he worked for 17 years as Director of Operations for a direct mail company responsible for all call centers, fulfillment centers, IT and accounting. Mike holds an MBA from Crummer School of Business (part of Rollins College) and BA from Hartwick College.

Brent Hendrix

Before joining Big V Property Group, Brent was Controller at Shoprite Supermarkets, Inc. where he worked for twelve years. Brent has a private tax practice and owns multiple rental properties. He holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Montclair State University. Brent is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.

Jason Nidiffer

Jason is a third generation commercial real estate professional, beginning his career in a family business his grandfather started in the 1950s and which his father continues to run today. Jason has worked in nearly every sector of the commercial real estate industry, including property management, land assemblage, disposition/acquisition of single tenant net leased investment properties and multitenant shopping centers, office complex leasing and management, and medical building leasing. Over the past 10 years, Jason has focused on leasing work for second generation shopping centers and ground up development, shepherding many projects from under 50% occupancy to 100% full. Jason graduated from Cumberland College with a BA degree in Business and received his MBA from the Gatton School of Business at the University of Kentucky.
