Co-Founder, CEO

Mark Knoll

Mark is the chief architect of Blueprint’s business model and drives corporate strategy, marketing and technology implementation. He has over 22 years of real estate lending, development and marketing experience. In 1992 he co-founded a private, construction lending firm. In 2003 he founded Knoll Development, a leading Seattle development and construction firm. In 2009 he co-founded Blueprint Capital and in 2012 he co-founded SmartGrowthSeattle.org, a local advocacy group formed to promote better land use codes. Mark holds a degree in mathematics from the University of Washington.

Eric Graham

Eric is the company’s chief financial officer and is responsible for internal controls, treasury management and audit. Additionally, he serves as the company’s general counsel overseeing regulatory compliance, corporate finance transactions and investor relations. Eric has more than 15 years of experience representing real estate investment trusts. From 2009 to 2012, he was on the board of directors of EOS Preferred Corporation, a publicly-traded mortgage REIT. From 1997 to 2010, Eric represented REITs and other real estate companies in securities and corporate finance transactions as a partner with the law firm Goodwin Procter LLP. From 1991 to 1994, he practiced as a certified public accountant with KPMG LLP. Eric graduated from Providence College and the Boston University School of Law.

Jeanne Petershagen

Jeanne manages loan processing, funding and construction draw administration. She has 18 years of experience in construction loan administration as well as nine years in the residential construction industry as a general contractor. Along with her deep industry experience, Jeanne brings organization, enthusiasm and problem solving skills to the Blueprint team.

Daniel Duffus

Dan is responsible for new business development in Seattle including sourcing and underwriting new development opportunities for member builders. Dan has been involved in real estate for over 25 years including 11 years in the title business and 14 years in development. While at Fidelity National Title Company he was instrumental in starting and growing the company’s Washington State operation. In 1997 he founded Soleil Development, a leading developer of over 1,000 residential units in Seattle. In 1999 he co-founded the Seattle Homebuilders Association (now the Master Builders Association of King County Seattle Builder Council), and served on the Council board for 7 years. In 2009 he co-founded Blueprint Capital and in 2012 he co-founded SmartGrowthSeattle.org.
