Breakform Realty Ventures, LLC ("BREAKFORM | RE") is a vertically integrated real estate investment, management, development, design & build company which is focused on providing aesthetically pleasing and architecturally designed, eco friendly solutions to California’s housing shortage with a focus on the prime, urban and infill areas of Coastal Southern California. Our projects include single family, multi family, small lot fee simple townhomes and residential anchored mix use projects. We see ourselves as arbitrageurs of value in real estate across each of these products. Our company’s name “Breakform” comes from the act of “braking” metal, a process by which steel is thinned out to the point where it can be bent and reshaped yet does not lose its structural integrity and strength. It’s an art that takes time, diligence, patience and expertise to master and is a crucial component in building anything with metal, a core component in our design build world and a large part of our aesthetics.
