Atit Jariwala is the Chief Executive Officer of Bridgeton Holdings. Mr. Jariwala is actively involved in the investment process and oversees the operations of Bridgeton, including strategic initiatives, investor relations, management and leasing. Mr. Jariwala has been involved with real estate management and investment his entire life. As a partner and co-founder of several real estate companies, Mr. Jariwala has been involved in the acquisition, development and management of dozens of hotels, apartment complexes, office buildings and shopping centers across the country. In total, Mr. Jariwala has been involved in the acquisition and development of over $1.5 billion of real estate throughout the U.S. directly as a principal. Prior to Bridgeton, Mr. Jariwala was at CIM Group, the $13 billion real estate private equity firm and a real estate private equity firm which had over $1 billion in assets under management. Prior to his development and investing career, Mr. Jariwala was an investment banker at Salomon Smith Barney (now Citigroup) and Wells Hill Partners. In addition, Mr. Jariwala managed a number of hotel properties. Mr. Jariwala graduated from Yale University with a degree in Economics, cum laude with distinction, and received his MBA from Stanford University. Mr. Jariwala is a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) and a Certified Hotel Owner (CHO).
