Robert Hadley

Mr. Hadley is a Principal of AIPA Residential Funding, LLC, an investor in the Company, and member of its Manager and Loan Committees. Mr. Hadley is also the President of Hadley Properties, LLC, a third generation development company with a long history of technical and real estate innovation. Hadley Properties has developed a broad range of innovative projects, spanning residential, resort, office, hospitality, and industrial product types. The organization was the first to successfully employ the timeshare model in Hawaii and the first to build a structural steel high rise in Hawaii. Having recently completed a 251-resort home development on a nine-hole executive golf course overlooking the Columbia River in Washington State, the organization is currently engaged in the brownfield redevelopment of one of the largest urban mine tailings sites in North America into Colorado Springs’ first neo-traditional neighborhood community. Mr. Hadley holds degrees in civil engineering and quantitative economics from Stanford University.

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Altig is a 20-year veteran of the mortgage banking industry who brings an array of loan origination expertise, construction lending experience, sales, marketing, management and leadership skills to the organization. Mr. Altig’s responsibilities at the Company include sales, marketing and the development of the Company’s loan business. Prior to co-founding the Company, Mr. Altig spent five years as a Regional President for First Horizon Home Loans (purchased by MetLife), overseeing $2+ billion in loan production across 18 branch offices. His responsibilities at First Horizon included retail and wholesale originations, custom construction financing, mortgage operations, financial services, underwriting management and compliance oversight. Mr. Altig is a current board member of Liberty Road Foundation and a graduate of the University of Washington.

Director of Finance & Accounting

Mr. Wahi has worked as a financial professional for almost two decades years in increasingly senior roles. Most recently, he worked with a real estate development project and property management company in Eugene, Oregon. He was involved with arranging financing for a boutique hotel, drawing on the SBA, a credit union, the City of Eugene, and private investors. Prior to that project, Mr. Wahi worked at the largest public accounting firm in the Willamette Valley for eight years, specializing in taxation of small- to medium-sized, closely held companies. He developed expertise in working with clients who invested in real estate and the related tax and accounting issues. Mr. Wahi has also held the position of Controller at a window manufacturing company. A graduate of the University of Washington with a BA in Business with an accounting concentration, Mr. Wahi has held a CPA License since 2001. Mr. Wahi enjoys officiating soccer for youth and adults, and volunteering with the Active 20-30 Club.

Recognized in 2010 by the Puget Sound Business Journal for having one of the “100 Fastest Growing Private Companies in Washington State”, Robert Trent is a highly successful entrepreneur who founded SDC Homes in 2007 at the onset of the “credit crisis”. Through innovation, experience and sheer determination, Mr. Trent developed a business model that took SDC Homes to one of the top three homebuilders in Washington State by 2010. Aside from being highly innovative, SDC Homes was extremely profitable, which garnered the interest of several national homebuilders. In the spring of 2011, Mr. Trent made the decision to accept a bid from one of the nation’s top 10 homebuilders to purchase his company. After two years serving as Divisional President for Richmond American, Mr. Trent returned to the world of private investment and has recently taken on an active role with the Builders Capital family of companies.
