Christopher Beavor

Christopher Beavor is the founder of and manages and controls the Sponsor, and manages and controls the Manager. Mr. Beavor has crafted a network of relationships with real estate investors, sellers and brokers, which allowed Sponsor to acquire and complete over 200 real estate transactions over the past 10 years under the Sponsor umbrella. Having handled approximately over 8,000 completed real estate transactions over the course of the past decade, Mr. Beavor and the companies he directly or beneficially owns and/or controls, including the Sponsor and its affiliates are collectively well-versed in identifying, acquiring, repositioning, and managing real estate assets and properties for numerous companies, including Fannie Mae, Archbay Capital, Freddie Mac, and GTIS Partners. In addition, Mr. Beavor has developed approximately over $150,000,000 in projects within the United States and Europe. One of Mr. Beavors recent projects was the repositioning one of Florida’s largest ocean golf resorts, establishing himself as one of the largest disposition foreclosure asset brokers in the industry. He and his companies manage over 1,000 real estate assets for over 150 clients, ranging from large NYC-based institutional investment funds to high net worth family offices and individuals.

Paul Schiada

Paul received his law degree from the University of Southern California Law School in 1987, and his Economics degree from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1984. Paul was a Partner in the Los Angeles office of Katten Muchin & Zavis (now Katten Muchin Rosenman) until 1998. Paul specialized in complex commercial transactions, including corporate finance, real estate, joint ventures, entertainment, intellectual property and mergers and acquisitions. After leaving the law firm, Paul joined one of his clients, Platinum Technology (a publicly traded company based in Illinois), as Vice President and Senior Corporate Counsel, until the sale of the company in 1999. Subsequent to Platinum Technology, Paul held similar in-house positions with two other technology-related companies, first Divine Interventures (a publicly traded internet incubator based in Illinois) until 2000, and Digital Entertainment Systems (a media technology company based in California) until 2001. From 2001 through 2003, Paul was a staff counsel for corporate and real estate transactions, first with Strategic Law Partners (Los Angeles) and then Munger, Tolles & Olson (Los Angeles). Since 2003, Paul has had his own law practice, advising individuals and small and medium sized businesses in corporate and real estate transactions.

Edward Yu

Mr. Yu has over 25 years of principal transactions experience investing in global institutional commercial real estate, creating private equity real estate funds and raising debt and equity for funds and individual deals. He has been involved in over $20 billion of global commercial real estate transactions. His career has covered all aspects of real estate investment and fund management with previous senior roles at institutional private equity real estate fund management firms including AEW Capital Management, CBRE Global Investors, Starwood Capital Group and Prudential Real Estate Investors. In 2000, he was a founder and CEO of a venture backed technology startup, e247.com. Most recently, he founded in January 2015, and was the former CEO until June 2016, of CAPFUNDR | Capital Fund Realty, Inc., a real estate fund management firm, based in New York City. CAPFUNDR leverages technology and recent changes in legislation to create private real estate funds and public non-exchange traded REITs that are broadly marketed and distributed via an online investment platform targeting retail investor capital. Mr. Yu has a master’s of urban design and real estate from Harvard University and a bachelor’s of science from University of California, Davis. He is married with two children and his hometown is Sacramento, Calif. He is currently based in New York City and commutes regularly to Las Vegas.

MITCH KOVE

Mitch Kove graduated from the University of Nevada with a degree in Hotel Administration and exemplifies the philosophy of proven results and prides himself on providing exceptional customer service and his ability to nurture relationships. Mitch worked as Director of F&B for Viacom Entertainment. He oversaw the $80M construction and operations project between Paramount Pictures, Viacom Entertainment and the Las Vegas Hilton building Star Trek the Experience. Mitch has also worked in senior management rolls in a variety of startup, theme restaurants, including Planet Hollywood at the Forum Shoppes, All Star Café on the Las Vegas Strip. He oversaw the operations in the hotel and food and beverage at Pacific Island Club and Resort in Guam. Mitch is a licensed real Estate Professional for over a decade and have placed 6th overall out of top 250 Clark County/Southern Nevada Real Estate Agents/Brokers in 2011. He’s consistently been in the Top 55 Overall Agents in Clark County and have been recognized for being one of the Top 10 overall Sales Agents in Clark County. Mitch exceptional experiences and unique skills have let to over a $300 million residential sales over his career in real estate and have established himself as one of the dominate players in the real estate market representing many of the valley’s properties.
