Christopher Reid
Mr. Reid brings keen business intelligence and entrepreneurial success to his role as president of CRG Residential. He is responsible for the overall construction operations and organization strategy, bringing an experienced eye to troubleshooting, design value engineering and site operational procedures. He is regularly involved in the review of construction design and scheduling details for major projects. Through various entities, Chris has completed construction projects in excess of $600 million in the multifamily housing industry throughout the Eastern United States.
Dave Powers
Dave Powers serves as the Chief Financial Officer for the firm with a primary focus on CRG’s financial, accounting, administrative, and investment related activities. Prior to joining CRG, Dave was a Vice President of Finance for PulteGroup Inc., one of the nation’s largest home builders and residential real estate developers.
Mark Thompson
Armed with more than 30 years of experience in construction management, Mark leads CRG’s redevelopment and renovation team on projects stretching from Texas to New York. Mr. Thompson provides lead oversight on preliminary estimating, construction planning, and value engineering. Throughout his career, he has successfully completed more than $500 million in multifamily construction projects.
Joe Langebartels
Mr. Langebartels has been closely tied to the construction industry nearly his entire life, spending his early career working in the field as a carpenter gaining valuable hands-on experience. Joe now holds more than 30 years’ worth of construction and project management experience in new construction, rehabilitation, and historic renovation. He has successfully completed over $200 million worth of multifamily construction projects in his tenure with CRG since he came on board in 2000.
