Franz F. Colloredo-Mansfeld, Chief Executive Officer co-founded Cabot Properties in 2002; he has served as the Chief Executive Officer of the firm since its inception Previously Mr. Colloredo-Mansfeld served as Chief Financial Officer of Cabot Industrial Trust, a NYSE listed real estate investment trust, starting with its IPO in January, 1998 through to its sale for $2.1 billion in December 2001. From the time of its IPO until its sale Cabot was the top performing national industrial REIT, outperforming the S&P and Dow Jones indices during this period. During the years Mr. Colloredo-Mansfeld has been CEO, Cabot has raised four private equity funds, committed approximately $2.7 billion in total capital and completed 200 transactions in the U.S., Canada, and the United Kingdom.
Robert Patterson

Robert E. Patterson, Co-Chairman of the Board, Chairman of the Value Funds' Investment Committee and Co-Chairman of the Core Investment Committee, has 43 years of real estate experience and has been employed by Cabot for 28 years. Mr. Patterson has overseen the acquisition, management, and sale of over $4.6 billion of industrial properties since joining Cabot in 1988. While with the Cabot REIT, Mr. Patterson served as President and a Trustee. Previously, Mr. Patterson served as Executive Vice President, Director of Acquisitions and a member of the Investment Committee of Cabot Partners and its predecessor, Cabot, Cabot & Forbes Realty Advisors, Inc., from 1987 to 1997. Mr. Patterson began his real estate career in 1972 as a lawyer with the firm of Gaston, Snow & Ely Bartlett. In 1978, he became the first Executive Director of the Massachusetts Industrial Finance Agency and remained in that position until 1983 when he joined the Beal Companies, a Boston based real estate development, management, and investment firm as Senior Vice President. Mr. Patterson is a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Law School.

Andrew D. Ebbott, Chief Investment Officer and Executive Vice President, Investments, has 29 years of real estate experience and has been employed by Cabot for 27 years. Mr. Ebbott leads the Investment group and is responsible for acquisitions in Chicago, Nashville, and Los Angeles. Mr. Ebbott serves on the Investment Committee for Fund II and Fund IV. While with the Cabot REIT, Mr. Ebbott served as Director of Acquisitions. During that time, the Cabot REIT acquired over $1.2 billion of industrial assets in 20 markets across the United States. As Director of Acquisitions for Funds I-III, he has overseen the acquisition of an additional $2.8 billion of industrial properties. Mr. Ebbott joined Cabot, Cabot & Forbes Realty Advisors in 1988 as Director of Research and a member of the acquisitions department, becoming a Vice President of Acquisitions in 1991 and a Senior Vice President of Cabot Partners in 1995. He started his career with Coopers & Lybrand, joining Leggat, McCall & Werner in 1985, and Cabot in 1988. Mr. Ebbott is a graduate of Dartmouth College and the University of Chicago Graduate School Of Business.

Howard B. Hodgson Jr., Chief Compliance Officer and Vice Chairman of the Core and Value Funds' Investment Committee, has 35 years of experience in the real estate services industry and has been employed by Cabot for 24 years. Mr. Hodgson oversees the Asset Management Group, which he headed from 1992 to 2013. While with the Cabot REIT, Mr. Hodgson served as Senior Vice President, Director of Real Estate Operations. In this capacity, he was responsible for asset management, property management (which was over 90 percent internalized for Cabot REIT by Mr. Hodgson), leasing, and third-party investment management. Prior to this, Mr. Hodgson served as a Senior Vice President, Director of Asset Management and member of the Investment Committee of Cabot Partners from 1992 to 1997. Mr. Hodgson began his real estate career in 1979 with the Boston based real estate firm of R.M. Bradley & Co., Inc., becoming a Vice President and head of its institutional property management group prior to joining Cabot, as a Senior Vice President and head of its property management group. Mr. Hodgson is an honors graduate of Northeastern University.
