After a great 11 year run at Green Courte Partners, I have launched CenterCore Properties, LLC to invest in niche retail properties. CenterCore is off to a strong start! We're preparing to close on the acquisition of a 50,000sf stabilized retail center in a vibrant midwest market, and are offering equity interests via a private placement to accredited investors (low-teens in-place cash yield!). We're also in due diligence on a 56,000sf Destin, FL retail center. Investor referrals and recommendations are very much appreciated, as well as niche property referrals/leads!
