Robert Buccini

Mr. Buccini is the Managing Partner of Corten and Co-Founder of The Buccini/Pollin Group, Inc. (BPG). As Co-President he is responsible for and leads the company’s residential, commercial, retail, parking, sports and entertainment development activities. Since co-founding the company, Mr. Buccini has grown the company to over $4 billion in assets, including ownership of six million square feet of office and retail space, 6,500 hotel rooms, 2,000 apartments and four live entertainment venues. In addition, Mr. Buccini co-founded and is co-owner of Major League Soccer’s Philadelphia Union. Mr. Buccini is Chairman of the Wilmington Housing Partnership, a non-for-profit developer that is one of the region’s leading home builders, member of the Board of Directors for the Vice President of the United States Residence Foundation, member of the Board of Trustees for Delaware State University and the Nature Conservancy of Delaware and a member of the Cornell University Council. Prior to founding BPG, Mr. Buccini was employed by the New York City Economic Development Corporation. Mr. Buccini received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Cornell University.

Christopher Buccini

Managing Partner of Corten and Co-President of The Buccini/Pollin Group, Inc. (“BPG”), and founder and President of BPG Real Estate Services, LLC, the entity responsible for BPG’s office, residential, retail, and parking management and leasing efforts. Mr. Buccini is responsible for the ultimate performance of the company’s commercial, retail, parking and entertainment activities, leading its acquisitions, financing, leasing, operations, and disposition efforts. Since joining BPG in 1999, Mr. Buccini has grown the company to over $4 billion in assets, including ownership of six million square feet of office and retail space, 6,500 hotel rooms, 2,000 apartments and four live entertainment venues. In addition, Mr. Buccini co-founded and is co-owner of Major League Soccer’s Philadelphia Union. Mr. Buccini is the founder and current member of the Board of The Light Up The Queen Foundation; a member of the Board of Trustees of Wilmington Friends School; on the Board of Directors of the Brandywine Conservancy, United Way of Delaware, and Wilmington Renaissance Corporation; and a member of the Delaware Business Roundtable, City of Chester Institute for Economic Development, and Hagley Museum and Library Council of Advisors. Prior to The Buccini/Pollin Group, Mr. Buccini was the Director of Acquisitions and Senior Vice President of Barrow Street Capital, LLC, a New York City-based real estate private equity fund which is an affiliate of Greenhill and Company. Prior to joining Barrow Street, Mr. Buccini was a Vice President at Eastdil Realty, where he was involved in the disposition, financing and development of investment quality office, retail, industrial, lodging and multi-family projects. Mr. Buccini received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University.

David Pollin

Dave Pollin is the Co-Founder and President of The Buccini/Pollin Group (“BPG”), headquartered in Washington, DC. He also serves as Chairman of PM Hotel Group, the hotel management affiliate of BPG. Mr. Pollin leads the firms’ hotel acquisition, development and capital markets efforts. The Buccini/Pollin Group has acquired and developed over $5 billion of properties in every real estate asset class throughout the United States since its founding in 1993. BPG is the developer, owner and operator of over 40 hotels, seven million square feet of office space, 15 major residential communities, numerous retail properties, and multiple sports/entertainment venues. Among BPG’s affiliates, PM Hotel Group manages 50+ hotels and over $500mm of managed revenue across the United States. BPGS Construction is based in Wilmington, Delaware and has 100 associates focused on general contracting, tenant improvements and owner representation services. BPG|360 develops and manages office projects for BPG, while ResideBPG oversees BPG’s multi-family residential efforts. The principals of BPG are also co-founders and owners of Major League Soccer’s Philadelphia Union, having developed and constructed Talen Energy Stadium, the team’s home field in Chester, Pennsylvania.

Executive Officer

Pennock Yeatman

Mr. Yeatman was previously the Head of Private Equity Real Estate for CenterSquare Investment Management (the real estate investment subsidiary of BNY Mellon), where he was responsible for managing all aspects of a $2B private equity business consisting of 3 discretionary commingled value add funds and 2 non-discretionary separate accounts. Mr. Yeatman served as Chairman of the Investment Committee and exercised final authority over all private real estate investment decisions. Prior to CenterSquare, Mr. Yeatman was the Senior Managing Principal of Lubert-Adler Partners and was responsible for running all aspects of a $10B plus opportunity fund business for the founding partners. Primary responsibilities focused on sourcing and executing new investments, managing investor relationships, and executing the day to day operations of the firm. In this capacity, Mr. Yeatman participated in the raising of $6bn of total equity over the course of Lubert-Adler Funds III, IV, V and VI, and he was responsible for sourcing, underwriting and executing transactions with a focus on leading the firm’s public to private business and distressed investments. Notable investments include Central Parking, Mervyn’s, Service Merchandise, Polartec, ABFS and the restructuring of the Stamford Waterfront. He oversaw the day to day operations of the firm (with offices in New York, Philadelphia, Atlanta and Los Angeles) including Investor Relations, Staffing, Compensation, Mgmt Co Budgeting, I.T. and H.R. Prior to Lubert-Adler, Mr. Yeatman was the Senior Portfolio Manager of Berkeley Investments. In this capacity, he was directly responsible for underwriting and working out portfolios of non-performing loans acquired from the FDIC and RTC, as well as the asset management and redevelopment of three opportunistic separate account portfolios consisting of 2,200 multifamily units, 200,000 s.f. of class A CBD office space and 1.5mm s.f. of industrial space in total. Mr. Yeatman, was named one of 20 Rising Stars globally by Private Equity Real Estate in 2007 and has been a guest speaker/lecturer at Wharton, Harvard, ICSC, ULI, CRE and published author in the Journal of Real Estate Economics. He previously served on the boards of Central Parking Corporation and Mervyn’s department stores. Mr. Yeatman graduated from Babson College, with a BS in Economics in 1992 and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with an MS in Real Estate Development in 1999.
