George Ullrich

He has a MBA in Finance/Accounting from Claremont Graduate School, a BS degree in Management and an AS degree in Automotive Technologies.

Mihail (Mike) Koulakis is an experienced real estate investor and operator who began as a general contractor and business owner. He has over 18 years of multifamily investing experience in Southern California, Texas and Florida and has an intimate knowledge of commercial real estate operations and value-add strategies.

Jonathan Benitah
Jonathan Benitah obtained his real estate license in 1999 prior to majoring in Computer Information Systems at The Metropolitan State College of Denver. After creating and selling multiple successful businesses, he originally came to Creative Realty Partners in 2006 as an investment analyst, transaction coordinator, and business consultant and has since overseen in excess of $600mm in multifamily acquisitions. He manages all aspects of the business and has intimate knowledge of financial modeling, coordinating, lending, marketing, negotiations, and operations.
