Angelo Bianco

Mr. Bianco is responsible for Crocker Partners’ Florida activities, and the firm’s capital markets and investor relations. In his regional role, his responsibilities include sourcing acquisition and development opportunities, and supervising asset management, property management and leasing functions. This has included the development and leasing of CityPlace Tower, a $100 million, 290,000 sq. ft. Class A office building. Mr. Bianco joined the Crocker organization in 2001 as Senior Vice President at CRT Properties, Inc. During his tenure, he managed the acquisition of ten properties totaling 2.1 million sq. ft. valued at approximately $425 million. In addition, Mr. Bianco managed all of CRT Properties, Inc.’s assets in Florida, comprised of ten office centers with 77 buildings, totaling over 2.8 million sq. ft. Previously, Mr. Bianco was the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Asset Recovery & Management, LLC, a cost-recovery firm, and earlier was counsel for Tishman Speyer Properties concentrating on the re-development of Rockefeller Center in New York City. Mr. Bianco began his career as a real estate attorney with Bachner, Tally, Polevoy & Mishner (which subsequently merged into Swidler Berlin Shereff Friedman, LLP) and was a partner at Anderson Kill & Olick, P.C., a New York based law firm where he specialized in real estate. Mr. Bianco was admitted to the State Bar of New York in 1994. He holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the George Washington University.

Thomas Brockwell

Mr. Crocker has founded and headed a series of successful private and publicly-traded real estate companies over more than 25 years. Prior to founding Crocker Partners LLC, he was CEO of CRT Properties, Inc. (NYSE:CRO) and an elected member of the company’s Board of Directors from March 2000 through September 2005. The REIT acquired and managed office assets primarily in the southeastern U.S. with a total enterprise value of approximately $1.8 billion, and was sold to a private investor in September 2005. Previously, Mr. Crocker was a founder and CEO of Crocker Realty Trust Inc., a private office REIT located in Boca Raton, Florida, established in 1996. Without any legacy assets, he grew that company to a 6.2 million sq. ft. portfolio. Earlier he founded and headed Crocker Realty Trust, Inc., then one of the largest public office REITs in the southeastern U.S., with regional offices in Atlanta, Memphis, and Charlotte. Mr. Crocker began his real estate in 1986 when he founded Crocker & Company, which developed nearly 2 million sq. ft. of office and mixed-use properties. Mr. Crocker holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Miami. He was a member of the Board of Trustees for InnKeepers USA and is currently a member of the Board of Trustees for Chatham Lodging Trust.

Chief Financial Officer and Partner

As a Partner and Chief Financial Officer of Crocker Partners LLC, Mr. Amara is responsible for overseeing all aspects of finance, accounting, and administration of Crocker Partners. Mr. Amara served as Vice President of CRT Properties, Inc. from June 2000 through the sale of the company in September 2005. At CRT Properties, Inc., Mr. Amara’s duties primarily consisted of obtaining financing for the company’s acquisitions, corporate financial modeling, treasury functions, and reviewing the company’s monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Prior to that, Mr. Amara held the position of Assistant Treasurer and Assistant Secretary of Crocker Realty Trust Inc., and as Director of Financial Reporting at Crocker Realty Trust, Inc. Mr. Amara began his career in public accounting with KPMG Peat Marwick in 1987, and was an Audit Manager when he left the accounting firm to join Crocker Partners in 1994. Mr. Amara, a Certified Public Accountant, holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Indiana University and a Masters of Accounting degree from Florida Atlantic University.

Christopher Eachus

Mr. Eachus is responsible for developing and managing all partnership business in Georgia, North Carolina, and Tennessee. His responsibilities include sourcing development and acquisition opportunities and supervising asset management, property management, and leasing functions within his regions. He previously held the position of Assistant Vice President within the acquisitions and dispositions group at CRT Properties, Inc., which he joined in January 2003. In that role, Mr. Eachus assisted with the purchase of over 2.1 million sq. ft. of office space in markets throughout the southeastern United States with a total value of nearly $425 million. Mr. Eachus’ responsibilities included support in sourcing and analyzing potential acquisition and development opportunities in the state of Florida, in addition to working with senior management to negotiate transactions and evaluate asset management strategies. Prior to joining Crocker Partners, Mr. Eachus worked in the investment banking department at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. in New York within the company’s Financial Sponsors Group. At Bear Stearns, he worked on a variety of transactions, including leveraged buyouts, mergers & acquisitions, asset divestitures and public/private capital raises in industries ranging from healthcare to real estate. Mr. Eachus is a CFA charterholder and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Emory University’s Goizueta School of Business.
