Steven Dietsch

Steven Dietsch, Chief Financial Officer - Mr. Dietsch joined Divco West Properties in 2003, serving as DivcoWest’s Chief Financial Officer with responsibility for planning, monitoring, managing and communicating financial performance for DivcoWest’s investments and operations, as well as oversight of the firm’s liquidity, capital structure and profitability. He also serves in the same capacity as Chief Financial Officer of LoanCore, a debt-oriented commercial real estate investment advisor based in Greenwich, Connecticut. Prior to joining Divco West Properties, Mr. Dietsch served as the Chief Financial Officer at iSyndicate, an Internet content syndication company with operations in Europe and the U.S. and JLA Credit Corporation, an equipment lessor. Prior to these positions, Mr. Dietsch spent over 14 years with Arthur Andersen, LLP as a Senior Audit Manager in the Audit and Business Advisory services practice. His experience included audits of both public and private companies, real estate accounting, auditing and reporting, mergers, IPO’s and business acquisition due diligence. Mr. Dietsch graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant (now inactive) and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and NCREIF.

Stuart Shiff

Stuart Shiff, Chief Executive Officer - Mr. Shiff founded Divco West Properties in 1993 and serves as DivcoWest’s Chief Executive Officer, having been involved in all phases of the firm’s investment and corporate strategy for over 20 years. Mr. Shiff has directed the acquisition of over 30 million square feet of commercial property throughout the U.S. and Canada. Mr. Shiff graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and is currently a member of the American Society of Civil Engineering, Urban Land Institute and the Pension Real Estate Association. Mr. Shiff serves as a member of the investment committee of LoanCore, a debt-oriented commercial real estate investment advisor based in Greenwich, Connecticut. Mr. Shiff also serves on the board of the Real Estate Academic Initiative at Harvard University and the policy advisory board of the Fisher Center for Real Estate & Urban Economics at the University of California, Berkeley Haas School of Business.

Robert Mashaal

Robert Mashaal, Chief Investment Officer - Mr. Mashaal joined DivcoWest in 2006, serving as DivcoWest's Chief Investment Officer with primary responsibility for investment strategy. Mr. Mashaal was the founder and President of Yale Properties USA, a full service, privately owned real estate investment company whose major operations merged with DivcoWest in 2006. Yale USA was established in 1991 as an independent affiliate of Yale Properties Limited, a longstanding family owned real estate investment and development company based in Montreal, Canada. Prior to founding Yale USA, Mr. Mashaal worked in real estate acquisitions and development with CIBC Development Corporation and Cadillac Fairview Corporation, and in investment banking with Ladenburg, Thalmann and Bear Stearns. He currently serves as a member of the investment committee of LoanCore, a debt-oriented commercial real estate investment advisor based in Greenwich, Connecticut. Mr. Mashaal holds a Master of Science degree in Management from MIT’s Sloan School of Management, a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Development from MIT’s Center for Real Estate Development and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.

Edwin Knetzger

Edwin (Ted) Knetzger, Chief Operating Officer - Mr. Knetzger joined DivcoWest in 2006, serving as DivcoWest's Chief Operating Officer with primary responsibility for corporate strategy and internal management. Mr. Knetzger is one of the co-founders of Greenwich Capital Markets, LLC, presently known as RBS Greenwich Capital, where Mr. Knetzger previously served as the President, Chief Executive Officer, Vice Chairman, and Chairman. Prior to Greenwich Capital Markets, Inc., Kidder Peabody & Company employed Mr. Knetzger where he was Co-Manager and Head Trader of Kidder Peabody's Government Bond Trading Department. Mr. Knetzger received his Bachelor of Arts degree and Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Virginia. Mr. Knetzger is currently managing the expansion of DivcoWest's investment platforms catering to the expansion needs of the firm's numerous technology clients. Mr. Knetzger has been involved with various philanthropic endeavors and was one of the original board members of Paul Newman’s Hole In The Wall Camp for children with life threatening diseases.

Steve Novick

Steve Novick, Head of Asset Management - Mr. Novick joined DivcoWest in 2006, serving as DivcoWest’s Chief Asset Officer with responsibility for overseeing operations, asset management, and property management. Prior to DivcoWest, Mr. Novick was with Yale Properties USA where he oversaw activities that crossed all functional disciplines. Mr. Novick executed acquisitions and dispositions, arranged financings, and developed and implemented asset and property management strategies. Prior to Yale USA, Mr. Novick was in the Acquisitions and Finance department of Historic Landmarks for Living, a residential real estate development company. Mr. Novick received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Business Administration degree in Real Estate Finance from Columbia University.

JACQUELINE MOORE

Jacqueline Moore, General Counsel - Ms. Moore joined Divco West Properties in 2003, serving as DivcoWest’s General Counsel. Prior to joining Divco West Properties, Ms. Moore was a founding partner and General Counsel of Wilson/Equity Office, a San Francisco real estate development and management company. Ms. Moore also served as General Counsel of Wilson/Cornerstone, a publicly traded REIT. Ms. Moore began her career as a tax and real estate lawyer at Morrison & Foerster. Ms. Moore received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University, Phi Beta Kappa, and her Juris Doctorate degree from Stanford Law School, where she was recipient of the Hilmar Oilman Jr. award for excellence in legal writing. Ms. Moore has been named several times in recent years as one of the most influential women in Northern California.
