Co-Founder, Chairman and CEO

Mark Whiting

Mr. Whiting served as co-founder, President, and Director of TriNet Corporate Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: TRI) at TriNet's formation in May 1993, concurrent with the company's IPO. He became Chief Executive Officer in May 1996. Mr. Whiting successfully managed TriNet's growth from its IPO to a $2 billion enterprise. He joined TriNet's predecessor, a company of The Shidler Group, in 1987 where he directed its acquisition activities and managed the operation of over 250 properties in 40 states and in Canada. Prior to that, Mr. Whiting was Manager of Resort Development for Wailea Development Company, Inc. in Hawaii. Mr. Whiting resigned his position at TriNet in 1998 to pursue his private real estate investment activities through the formation of Bay Bridge Realty Partners and Drawbridge Partners. Mr. Whiting serves as a board member of Capstead Mortgage Corporation (NYSE: CMO) and The Marcus & Millichap Companies. Mr. Whiting holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. He also recently served as a member of the Stanford University Athletic Board and as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Cate School.

In 1994 Mr. Pearson founded Catalyst Real Estate Group, a corporate real estate services firm. Catalyst specialized in the representation of biotechnology, pharmaceutical and technology companies such as Alza Corporation (Johnson & Johnson), Onyx Pharmaceuticals, EMC, and Alexza Pharmaceuticals. In 1998 Catalyst Real Estate Group merged with three other independent real estate firms to form CRESA Partners. Serving as a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of CRESA Partners, Mr. Pearson has been instrumental in building CRESA into a 57-office national corporate real estate services firm. In 2015, Mark sold his interest in Cresa's Silicon Valley operations (San Jose and Palo Alto offices) to Savills-Studley, a $1.9 billion international real estate services firm. Mark continues his involvement in Savills-Studley as an Executive Managing Director. Mr. Pearson is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Annex Ventures, a venture capital firm. As an active philanthropist, Mr. Pearson serves on the Board of Trustees of the Scripps Research Institute and the Board of Trustees of the Silicon Valley Children's Fund. Mr. Pearson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of San Francisco.

Mr. Doyle presently serves as the Company's investment officer for the Northwest and Silicon Valley Regions. Prior to joining Drawbridge, Mr. Doyle served as a Project Manager for Barker Pacific Group in Northern California While with Barker Pacific Group, Mr. Doyle oversaw the repositioning and extensive remodeling of the 620,000 sf Class A Tower, Citigroup Center, in San Francisco, CA. Mr. Doyle also worked extensively on multiple acquisitions including the acquisition of AF Evans out of bankruptcy and the formation of Bayside Communities, a low-income multi-family operator and investment company. Mr. Doyle holds a Masters of Business Administration from University of California - Haas School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree from Stanford University.
