Sam Fan began his career as an IT programmer, and became a Sr. Technical Director later in a fortunate 50 company. His technical background laid strong foundation in his detailed and analytic approach to real estate investment. His management skills as a corporate director helped him start EMD Properties, LLC and manage through difficult times and succeed in a competitive market place. Sam started real estate business in 2007 and had great success in property acquisition, remodeling, managing and disposing single family houses, apartment complexes and shopping centers. Sam is also currently helping Chinese investors buy properties in Dallas/Ft. Worth area and has great reputation among them. Sam is also a Licensed Texas Real Estate Agent focusing on Commercial Real Estate brokerage.

Michael is a Partner and vice president of EMD Properties, he also owns and operates a power sports wholesale company which specializes in go karts, ATV and UTVs. He has great background in accounting and finance specializing in forecast and budgeting. He successfully owned and disposed million dollar multi-family properties. Michael is responsible for real estate project funding and acquisitions. He earned MBA – Corporate Finance degreee from University of Dallas and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Peter is EMD's Chief Financial Officer. He has more than 12 years of experience in company finance and operations management. He is also a Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of a 35 million US company directly and Indirectly manage over 60 employees. He has Master of Finance and Master of Accounting from University of Texas at Dallas. He is a Certified Public Accountant and Charted Global Management Accountant. He is also a member of AICPA and holds AICPA Certificate of International Financial Reporting Standard.

Mr Yang Wu is the Vice President of EMD, he manages funding and partner relationship. Yang has variety of experience in customer relation, overseas investments and propety aqusition. He served as Vice President in charge of overseas business and international customer relationship of a high-technology railway signal company in China. He has over 10 years’ professional working experience in different industries gives Mr. Wu good opportunities of building up strong social network. He has a Master of Mechanical Engineering from University of Kassel, Germany.

Ms. Du has great strength in Finance and Accounting fields. She has been a Tax Manager of a Fortune 200 company and was a Senior Tax Manager of an international real estate management company. She has more than 10 years of experience on real estate financial management and taxes. Juan is very Experienced in shopping center and office building management and acquisition. She has a Master of Accounting from University of Texas at Dallas and is a Certified Public Accountant. Juan is responsible for EMD's bookkeeping, accounting and administration.
