Jack Azout

As Chairman and Principal of Elion Partners, Jack Azout provides ongoing strategic direction to the firm's senior leadership while maintaining an intense focus on its performance and fiduciary responsibility to its investors. Jack is a member of both the management committee and the investment committee, where he leads the decision-making process at the organization's highest level. He interacts directly with the Advisory Board on an ongoing basis in order to maintain an open line of communication with the seasoned council that its members provide. For more than 30 years, Jack has won recognition as a successful commercial real estate investor and developer. Before launching Elion Partners, he served as President and Senior Director of Premier Commercial Realty, a fully-integrated real estate firm. Premier developed and owned commercial properties, some of which were in partnership with U.S. institutional investors and pension funds, while concentrating on institutional-grade industrial and office buildings. Duke Realty purchased the majority of the portfolio in December 2011.

Sylvain Argy

Sylvain Argy is Managing Principal, and a member of both the Management Committee and Investment Committee. Playing an active role in the organization's decision-making process, Sylvain leads Elion Partners' fundraising efforts and investor relations with its limited partners. Sylvain closely interfaces with the firm's private equity group, legal/compliance department and other groups within the organization who are critical to the interactions with the firm's investors. As each new investment is structured, he leads the process of securing capital commitments. Before joining Elion Partners, Sylvain founded Inmobiliaria Seven, a top-10 real estate brokerage firm based in Peru. In that role, he delivered site-selection and build-to-suit services to some of the region's largest companies. He also founded and directed the efforts of Capricorn SRL, a brokerage firm who represents multinational corporations that offer products in the United States and Latin America.

Juan Roberto DeAngulo

Juan Roberto DeAngulo is Managing Principal, and a member of both the Management Committee and Investment Committee. Juan leads the firm's acquisitions and corporate development, overseeing the execution of each investment decision as well as the firm's corporate growth. Juan oversees the execution of the Financial Reporting department which includes fund structuring, compliance, legal, third-party fund administration and investor reporting. Previously, Juan served as Managing Director of Transwestern Investment Management, where he oversaw the complete cycle of portfolio management and participated in the launch of a billion-dollar equity investment program for a major U.S. institutional investor. He also secured capital commitments from Latin American pension funds and high-net-worth individuals for a co-mingled fund focused on U.S. commercial real estate investments. Juan actively serves on the Board and Loan Committee of Wessex Corp. in Chicago and is also a member of the Global Exchange Council (GEC) at the Urban Land Institute.

Shlomo Khoudari

Shlomo Khoudari is Managing Principal, and a member of both the Management Committee and Investment Committee. Shlomo directs Elion Partners' asset management, development and marketing initiatives, overseeing the execution of each investment with the goal of maximizing returns while ensuring the firm's exposure continues to grow through innovative marketing strategies. Shlomo's leadership in the Asset Management department plays a critical role in meeting investment objectives and monitoring portfolio assets. Prior to joining Elion Partners, Shlomo co-founded Realco Realty, which acquired multiple properties with tenants such as J.P. Morgan, Walgreens, FedEx, Publix and CVS. Earlier, he worked with Morgan Property Group, a leading merchant developer based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. His experience spans the full cycle of investments, from site selection and land acquisition, entitlements, debt structuring and disposition.
