Four Mile Capital (“FMC”) is a privately-owned real estate investment firm based in Denver, CO that focuses on the acquisition and sponsorship of exceptional middle-market real estate opportunities in the multifamily, office, industrial and hospitality sectors. We specialize in identifying overlooked and undervalued assets in remarkable locations across the U.S. and stabilizing them through the successful execution of a detailed business plan. Driven to preserve capital, produce consistent yields, and generate competitive risk-adjusted returns for our capital partners, we purchase patiently, execute swiftly, and actively manage risk with a hands-on approach to asset management. Christopher Geer

Chris is primarily focused on corporate strategy, acquisitions, and asset management of Four Mile Capital’s portfolio. He has led and been a partner in real estate management and acquisition firms since 2008. At Aspen Management, a real estate management firm that Chris founded in 2008, he grew the company from 0 to more than 6,500 units under management in just four years, then merged with and became CEO of Haven Property Managers & Advisors in 2013. After selling Haven Property Managers in 2016, Chris co-founded Four Mile Capital with partners Eric Mallon and Terry Simone. He is a former corporate attorney who holds law licenses in Colorado and Virginia, and a Colorado Real Estate Broker’s license. Chris received his B.A. with a double major in International Affairs and Spanish Literature from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2001, and his Juris Doctor, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Richmond in 2006.

Eric Mallon

Eric is responsible for corporate strategy, finance, acquisitions, and investor relations. Prior to co-founding Four Mile Capital, Eric was President of Heartwood Properties, Inc., a multifamily investment and property management company based in Boulder, CO and Chicago, IL, and which was sold in 2016. Eric has spent the better part of his career as a real estate entrepreneur, launching several successful ventures including 325Development, where he was responsible for $20MM+ in luxury single-family home developments in some of Chicago’s most coveted neighborhoods. Eric graduated with a B.A. from the University of Michigan in 1997, then received a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Colorado in 2002. Originally from Chicago, Eric currently resides in Boulder with his family.

Terry Simone

Terry focuses on acquisitions and asset management of Four Mile Capital’s expanding portfolio. He has been involved in the multifamily acquisition, asset, and property management business for more than 50 years, having worked in all aspects of an apartment community’s life cycle. Following college and serving in the US Army, Terry was a real estate broker, brokering large commercial transactions in New York and Connecticut. In 1992, Terry came to Colorado as Executive VP of Maxx Properties, where he was tasked with growing the firm’s Western portfolio. Terry grew their Colorado presence to over 4,000 units, and expanded into Utah, Nevada, Arizona, Maryland, Nebraska, and Florida. When Terry left Maxx Properties in 2009, Maxx’s total portfolio numbered 15,000 units valued at more than $1B dollars. For the past 15 years, Terry has been very involved with the Colorado Apartment Association, serving as its President twice and sits both on the Board of the Apartment Association of Metro Denver (AAMD) and on its Executive Committee. Terry was recently honored as a 2017 Inductee to the AAMD Hall of Fame.

Andrew Jumbeck

Andrew primarily focuses on Acquisitions and Asset Management of Four Mile Capital’s portfolio. This includes conducting financial analysis, due diligence, setting accretive business plans, closing transactions and ensuring asset strategy is executed post-closing. Prior to joining Four Mile, Andrew was with MLG Capital, a real estate investment fund based in Milwaukee, WI, where he helped launch MLG’s joint venture acquisition strategy in 2014. Andrew participated in various roles of acquisitions, due diligence, investor reporting and asset management. After being promoted to Assistant Vice President, Andrew played a key role in the asset management of MLGs portfolio totaling roughly 6000 multifamily units and over 3,000,000 square feet of commercial property. Andrew holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and currently resides in Milwaukee, WI. Personally, he enjoys basketball, golf and spending time with his family.
