Since founding Green Light in 2008, Mark has been responsible for successfully guiding a series of real estate development ventures through concept, construction and lease-up. Green Light’s portfolio is for the most part in Portland Oregon – biking distance from Mark’s home at Waverly Commons and office at D Street Village which each happen to be Green Light Projects. Mark’s casual and confident approach is anchored by his varied experiences, creativity, tested perseverance, and capacity to execute. Key to Green Light’s success is a “we all win together” approach where the team members, in addition to capital partners, contractors, architects, and brokers feel their own sense of ownership and partnership in each unique project.
Jake began his career as an investment banker in New York City, working in the finance industry for six years before moving back to his hometown of Portland.
