Bart Giustina

Mr. Giustina is Chief Financial Officer of Hamilton Point Investments LLC. Previously, Mr. Giustina was Chief Financial Officer with Readco, LLC, a privately held real estate investment and management company located in Old Lyme, Connecticut , which owns and manages over one million square feet of commercial real estate. Mr. Giustina oversaw all aspects of the Accounting Department relating to two operating companies (ownership and management) and over 60 LLCs which owned and managed real estate assets. Prior to his tenure with Readco, Mr. Giustina worked for KPMG, Peat Marwick in Springfield , MA and Haggett, Longobardi & Company in Glastonbury , CT. Mr. Giustina is a 1985 graduate of Central Connecticut State University where he received a B.S. in Accounting and has over 20 years of experience as a public accountant.

J. David Kelsey

David Kelsey is co-founder and Managing Principal of Hamilton Point Investments LLC. Mr. Kelsey founded Hamilton Capital Investments in 2008 after five years as a managing principal with Trinity Hotel Investors L.L.C., a New York-based real estate and hotel investment partnership formed in 2002. During his tenure at Trinity, Mr. Kelsey was involved in every aspect of the firm’s property investment, including origination, acquisition, financing, asset management, and successful disposition, growing the company to 22 properties at its peak with total costs of $500 million. He has over 20 years of real estate investing, lending and advisory experience. Prior to joining Trinity, Mr. Kelsey was with the Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc.'s Real Estate & Lodging Investment Banking Group as a senior Vice President acting for public and private real estate clients in securities placement, capital structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and dispositions. He also served as a loan officer for M&T Bank in New York City , underwriting $75 million of loans for commercial apartment borrowers. Mr. Kelsey made his first direct real estate investment in 1988. Mr. Kelsey received an A.B. in History modified with Geography from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from Cornell University 's Johnson Graduate School of Management. Mr. Kelsey is a member of the Town of Old Lyme Board of Finance and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Old Lyme PGN Library.

Matthew Sharp

Matt Sharp is co-founder and Managing Principal of Hamilton Point Investments LLC. Mr. Sharp founded Milton Point Investments LLC in 2005 to invest in defaulted commercial mortgage notes and distressed real estate. Until 2005, Mr. Sharp was a Director of Origination in the Real Estate Finance Group at ABN AMRO Bank, N.V. and was responsible for identifying, sourcing, negotiating and closing $600 million of CMBS loans. Mr. Sharp moved to ABN AMRO from the Real Estate Finance Group at Standard & Poor’s where he was the lead analyst on eight commercial mortgage backed securities offerings totaling over $7 billion of securitized mortgage debt. Prior to Standard & Poor's, Mr. Sharp was Vice President in the real estate investment banking group at Gruntal & Co., Inc. Mr. Sharp was previously a member of the Acquisitions Group at Schroder Real Estate Associates, a $1 billion real estate investment fund. Mr. Sharp began his real estate career in 1991 as Analyst in the Investment Properties Group at CB Commercial Real Estate (now CB Richard Ellis), preparing financial and market analyses. Mr. Sharp graduated from Columbia University (B.A. 1990) and received his Master's Degree in Real Estate Investment from New York University (M.S. 1991). Mr. Sharp is a member of the Town of Lyme Board of Finance.

Steven Montville

Mr. Montville is Director of Accounting and Controller of Hamilton Point Investments. Mr. Montville has over 20 years of accounting and real estate asset management experience. Previously, Mr. Montville worked in the accounting group at real estate investment company Readco, LLC where he was responsible for financial and bank reporting on over 60 LLCs that controlled over two million square feet of office and retail properties. He was also responsible at Readco for ongoing reporting to the company's institutional joint venture equity partners. Mr. Montville received a B.A. in Business Management from Clark University.

Melissa Sheldon

Melissa Sheldon is Senior Vice President of Hamilton Point Property Management LLC, a wholly owned affiliate of Hamilton Point Investments. Ms. Sheldon has over 24 years of property management experience. Prior to Hamilton Point, Melissa was a senior management executive with Trammel Crow Residential/Riverstone Group for 11 years. Previously, she was with AIMCO/ NHP, one of the country's largest publicly-traded multifamily owner-managers, for six years and Capital Properties, where she was District Manager of over 1,200 apartment units.
