Jonathan Lewis has over 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, and executive management, with more than twenty-five years in the Financial Services industry specializing in Real Estate transactions. Prior to founding JLJ Capital, Jonathan was the Chief Business Development Officer at Customers Bank. During his employment at Customers Bank, he helped the bank grow ten billion dollars over a five-year time span, with over a 1000% growth rate. Jonathan personally originated and closed more than four billion dollars in loans. Prior to Customers Bank, he was the President of Atlantic Coast Bank’s Mortgage Division. Jonathan has built and managed several multi-billion dollar commercial and residential lending platforms. Jonathan graduated from Lehigh University with a BA in Economics and English. He has completed advance management coursework at both Harvard and MIT. Jonathan serves on the Board of the New Jersey Economic Council and the Regional Board of Washington University. Jonathan and his partners have completed, closed, and managed more than six billion dollars in real estate transactions.
Jeffrey Siebold serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of JLJ Capital where he brings 28 years of progressive sales experience along with a wealth of knowledge from the banking industry. Before joining JLJ Capital, he served as a Senior Vice President of Multifamily and Commercial Real Estate Lending at Customers Bank from 2012 to 2018. During his 6-year employment at Customers Bank, Jeffrey closed $2.3 billion in loans and managed a loan portfolio of over $1.4 billion dollars. Prior to Customers Bank, Jeffrey was Vice President of Commercial Lending at First Savings Bank of Perkasie where he managed a portfolio of $78 million in new and existing business since 2009. He generated new relationships totaling nearly $18 million in new loan commitments and settled a total of $19.5 million in new loans in 2011. Jeffrey obtained his Associate Degree in Business Administration from Bucks County Community College in 1996.
