Established in 1975, JVM Realty Corporation (JVM) is a privately held real estate investment and property management company with approximately 200 employees and a portfolio of over 7,000 apartment units. For over four decades, JVM has built a solid reputation and proven track record for financial success. JVM specializes in the acquisition and management of apartment communities located throughout the Midwestern United States. Typical properties consist of 200 to 600 apartment homes located in suburban areas with convenient access to transportation and major retail. Investment types range from Value Add projects to Class A acquisitions. JVM forms investment groups to purchase these properties, manages the communities they own, and manages communities for outside property owners as well. JVM Realty's corporate headquarters is located in Oak Brook, Illinois. Each apartment community has its own management and leasing office consisting of a community manager, leasing specialist(s), and maintenance personnel. JAMES MADARY II

Jay is the second-generation owner, and has been active in the business since 1997. His formal education is from Northern Illinois University where Jay earned a B.S. in Finance. However, he began his informal education very early on working "hands on" in the business alongside his father, and also held various positions in the building industry, including U.S. Gypsum Company. Jay has assembled a team of highly qualified and dedicated senior executives and key associates, who share his vision, his integrity, and his ethics creating a team that is adamantly focused on the same goals.

Greg O'Berry

Greg joined JVM in 2012, and has 25 years of experience in the multifamily real estate business. Greg's background includes 4 years as President and Chief Operating Officer of Hometown America and 11 years with AMLI Residential Properties Trust, most recently as the President of its property management company. Prior to his tenure at AMLI, Greg spent 10 years with Lincoln Property Company, most recently as Vice President of Finance and Administration for their Midwest Residential Division. Greg has a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Stephen Meyer

Steve joined JVM in 2005 and has been a JVM investor since 2001. Steve's background includes 23 years with Baxter International, including 5 years as Vice President of International Finance and Operations, and 7 years as Corporate Treasurer. Steve holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, as well as an M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. Steve is a licensed State of Illinois C.P.A.

William Annibali

Whit joined JVM in 2012, and has over 15 years’ experience in real estate investments. Whit’s background includes 11 years with Duke Realty Corporation, most recently as Vice President of Dispositions. ”Whit” started his career as an Underwriter for Sanwa Business Credit Corporation in their Real Estate Finance and Commercial Finance Divisions. Whit has a B.S. in Business Administration from Northeastern University, Boston and an M.B.A. from Washington University, St. Louis.
