Jeff is a real estate entrepreneur and investor. His successful 20-year career in commercial real estate has been as a principal involved in construction and development, syndications, finance, and property operations. Prior to Kingsbarn, Jeff co-founded two companies which were focused on the acquisition of commercial real estate investments. As President of TREC Investment Realty, the company acquired more than $400 million of commercial properties throughout the United States for itself and its co-owners in its first four years of operations. As Managing Director of Transwestern Investment Realty, the firm closed $1.2 billion of commercial real estate transactions and managed more than 1 million square feet of commercial properties. Jeff’s array of real estate experience includes the construction and development of more than 100 commercial and multi-family properties and more than 1,000 single family homes in the Las Vegas valley.
Mark specializes in the acquisition of office, retail, multifamily and student housing properties and the equity placements associated therewith. Prior to Kingsbarn, Mark was the co-founder and president of SCI Real Estate Investments (1994-2010). Mark led the private real estate syndication firm to be a nationally recognized leader in “Class A” property acquisitions, purchasing over 150 properties valued at over $2 billion. Mark led the equity division of SCI and successfully capitalized over $800 million in investor equity from over 1,000 private investors. Mark Paul was a managing director of the REO divisions of Merrill Lynch Realty and Prudential California Realty (1978-1993). While there, Mark was responsible for the resale of over 1,400 lender-owned foreclosed properties for Bank of America, the U.S. Small Business Administration, Washington Mutual Bank, Wells Fargo Bank, and many of the nations’ largest lenders. Mark and his wife Renee are the co-founders of “Racing for Hope” a thoroughbred horse racing event held each March at Santa Anita Race Track benefiting The City of Hope that has contributed over $500,000.
