As a small firm, our team has a direct hands-on impact on every project and with every client. For nearly 30 years our co-founders have been actively involved in setting policies and guidelines in the planning and parking industry. Peter Flotz is trained as a professional engineer (registered) as well as a land use planner (certified by the American Planning Association) which underlies our firm's wide-ranging approach to developing projects that are not only creative, but also buildable and financially feasible.
